Homebase - Leamington Spa Reviews 

My partner and I called into the Leamington Spa branch after a family recommended the garden furniture. The floor display made it easy to choose our desired table and chairs, but unfortunately it was out of stock across all branches within 20 miles.
After seeking help from the customer service desk, they called Martin to help us out. Martin went above and beyond to help source our furniture so I could pop in the next day and arrange delivery.
The whole team were extremely helpful, with multiple team members communicating well with me to ensure I was aware of each step of the process when they experienced difficulties with the till system. Martin kept popping back, even though he was busy in the garden section.
Even though B&Q is much closer to me, I will definitely be using this store for future purchases.

We were looking for paint to match our newly installed kitchen and visited the Dulux mixing concession in the store. Sheila was really helpful and ensured that we were supplied with a perfect solution.

Really good had the items all ready behind customer services desk.
And equally good when I had to return one of the four items purchased.

Really great customer service seems to be a rarity but Sam, Jamie and Scott were fantastic! I had an unusual, long-winded issue to explain and they listened, came up with a plan and solved the problem! A very happy customer after what had been a bit of a nightmare day!

Homebase Leamington on the myron road are wonderful always have good deals and display items well

It’s always worth coming to store for the sale and offers.
The older lady at the checkout with blond hair in the Leamington store (sorry didn’t catch her name ) is always so friendly, warm and very helpful. She’s a credit to the store and makes coming to the store less of a chore.

I ordered 4 tins of paint and a ton of sealer online and paid £173 prior to collection from Leamington spa Homebase. I went to collect and 2 x 5 litres of emulsion was missing from my order. The sales assistant told me this was waiting for collection at Daventry, I said I did not want to drive to Daventry, the lady said she would cancel that part of the order from Daventry and I could take the 2 tins of paint from Leamington but I would have to pay for it again and await a refund, to be fair the £72 was refunded next day. Why was the order split between two stores when it was all in stock at my preferred store? I won’t be using your click and collect again.

Over the moon that my click & collect happened so quickly. Staff were polite and efficient. I was in and out in 60 seconds.

Friendly lady at the checkout who advised me that I could get extra money off if I bought three particular potted plants.

We recently visited Homebase Leamington store to buy some garden furniture.The service we received was out standing,particularly Jay and Louise.We bought the garden set at 10 in the morning and it was delivered to us by 5 in the afternoon.This was yesterday Sunday 7th July.I cannot praise customer service enough they were absolutely superb, good advice given and a pleasure to deal with. The actual garden set (Rowly 6 seater) is just the job exactly what we wanted,very comfy and looks good too.Thankyou Homebase.

The member of staff that served me (Lucy?) turned the mundane purchase of a couple of storage boxes, into a very positive experience. Her polite, relaxed conversation, coupled with "service with a smile" makes the world of difference!

Although the product ordered on line was incomplete, the staff involved were very helpful and clearly explained why. They ordered the rest of our order which will be delivered to our home address.

Just went to get plant supports at my local Leamington store. A chap called Melvin was so helpful, knowledgable and willing to take time to help me buy exactly what I needed for my drooping hydrangeas! Well done Melvin, excellent customer service and such a nice manner.

Jati was exceptionally experienced and provided excellent customer service.
She was invaluable with her knowledge and she is an outstanding member of staff.

Ordered the product from Homebase website and received email within half hour that it’s available to pick up. The pick up process was quick and easy.
