Order ready when we arrived. Friendly and helpful staff. Was asked if I required assistance to load gravel into my car. Would definitely shop at Homebase Lowestoft again.

I visited the Lowestoft Homebase this morning, the staff and products were brilliant but I needed a bit of hand with purchase as I was on my bike, Mark, whom I now know is the store manager went above and beyond to help me.
Fabulous customer service, which I always find at this store.
