Excellent Work
The ladder installers arrived on time, went straight to work and had the Loft Ladder installed in just a couple of hours. They cleaned-up after themselves and, 2 hours later I could easily get into the loft. They were very nice, polite young men and they did an excellent job.

Shocking company
Shocking company, only interested in easy jobs. Following a recent visit their representative made it clear he was not happy about the amount of boxes in the loft but said I would get an estimate within the week. They did not sent the estimate. There are much more reliable companies out there. Avoid would be my recommendation

How refreshing it is to be a satisfied customer these days?
I now have a fully functioning loft ladder that has made me independent of my family, that is easy to use and requires no aditional steps to close the hatch. The company employes good tradespeople who were polite, tidy, and efficient. They arrived on time and I was kept fully informed of everything from start to finish. At last I can say, good value for money, you get what you pay for. Excellent, thankyou all

I would recommend this company. The initial assessment carried out was thorough and professional. The attending assessor explained all in detail. The cost of the work was fully explained, and I found the overall cost of the work most acceptable. The fitting staff were professional polite, courteous and made every effort to keep the working and surrounding area clean with minimal noise. I was very impressed throughout
