Paul. There is no way that I intended to reflect badly on your company. I know that the transport has to rely on Thai post and I know that it is not the most efficient. I do think that Parcel Force could change their tracking system to give more specific details to avoid any confusion and supply some details as to where the parcel is. I'm in Thailand and would not have any idea as to where to go and how to track it.
At least with other companies they can at least advise as to what sorting office it has been dwliveres to. Apologies if my review reflected on your company but it was not intended

The package left us on the 7th (a Monday), so we shipped it straight away. It arrived in Thailand (where you live) on the 13th. It is now in the hands of your local Post Office and has been since then.
Keith, you have placed 6 orders previous to this and, as you know well, there have been delays every time due to the Thai authorities or the Thai post office.
Personally, I think your review is a little unfair to us, as we have done everything correctly.
Maybe you'd be better sending your two stars to the Thai post office, no?
