Scammed for $906! BEWARE!

I ordered and paid in full a wrought iron bed in April 2023. Never heard anything regarding shipping or when to “expect” merchandise. Inquired in May and every month thereafter. Was totally jerked around via e-mail. Finally cancelled order in September. Never was reimbursed my $906.00. Even wrote to the BBB. They reached out to them with no success. I consider this stealing! The credit card company said it was too late to file a complaint. Stay away from this scam outfit! I saved ALL my correspondence with them. As soon as I asked for a refund, crickets….

Don’t buy anything

I canceled my order because they were out of stock for my item. They said they’d refund me. Never did. Gave me the run around until I gave up. Reviews found I wasn’t the only one.

BEWARE

Placed order in October 2022. They kept telling me in emails when I inquired, it was delayed at port. I finally canceled in April 2023.

Total bogus company!

Total bogus company!! I have been waiting for 5 months for my bar stools that they claim are available. Using the excuse of potential port container delay. Just filed a dispute with Capital One Visa in an attempt to get my $403 back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

You will never get what you ordered

I have been waiting for my order and has not been delivered. They keep telling me they did not receive enough qty to fill my order in the meantime the website indicates 10+ in stock. They would not provide me with an answer why they had none in stock when the website indicates in stock. Stay away from this company they keep you hanging and don’t deliver and they charge your credit card

On Feb 20, 2023, I ordered a bird bath fountain. It said ten were in stock and fast shipping. The $61.72 was taken immediately from my bank account. After 9 days and no movement on my order, I called. I actually got a live person. Sophie, I've seen her name mentioned in other comments. I gave her the order number and it sounded as though she was having difficulty locating the order and then I was disconnected. When I called back, of course no on answered. I left a message and called right back. Left another message and sent an email. Not long after, I received a call back from Sophie apologizing for getting disconnected. Asked if I wanted to cancel and receive refund. I said NO, I want my item. She advised she'd get back to me in 24hrs with shipping information. A few minutes later, I received a call from someone else asking if I wanted to cancel and receive a refund, I said NO. Again I was told I would be contacted in 24hrs with shipping. I then received a reply to the email from a David with the same 24hr B.S. At approximately 9;21 pm EST, I received an email that the order had been canceled and a refund issued. I was not a happy camper when I replied to David asking if he was the one who canceled the order. He responded by saying the item was delayed from the port and my refund was in fact applied to my card and it would take 5-7 business days to reflect in my account. I am not hopeful.

No Delivery / Poor Communication

Placed an order wtih HomeGoodStore. They billed my credit card $600. Then silence. No communication for a week as to when they would be shipping my order. I eventually send an e-mail after wasting a week and they write back stating simply, the order is canceled. I waste a week and have to start over.

Tried to purchase from them twice

Tried to purchase from them twice. On the first purchase, website stated it was in stock, two months later and after repeated emails and calls, nothing. Asked for a refund which they "granted". Several weeks later nothing reversed, had to file a dispute with CC company (By the way, it was CITI bank, a GREAT company!) to get a refund. Second attempt (about 4 months later) was the same. Granted a "refund" that never showed. Disputed it with CITI and they refunded the money. Bottom line, Extremely poor customer service, Deceitful advertising and do not deliver what was purchased. Stay far away from this company!

If I could leave zore review

If I could leave zore review, I would but have no box for that. Before I ordered I called and the lady Sophia, told me that whatever, I wanted to order was in stock. I have been waiting and waiting, every time I call she tells me "oh it's being shipped out now". This company is a joke. Very unhappy.

I wish I would have read the reviews of…

I wish I would have read the reviews of this company like I do for everything that I order online. I ordered the end of August 2022 and called on my order October 10, 2022. I did not receive an answer or a call back and I am not going to waste my time trying to get a refund or find out about my order since time is money. Lesson learned! Never order online from a company you have never heard of without checking the reviews first.

That's what I get for not believing the reviews! This company is pretty bad. I ordered wall art in July. I had to keep sending questions to customer service as to where my order was. No one bothered to let me know anything until I asked. They kept pushing the date back claiming there was an issue at "the Port" Finally after almost 2 months I asked for a refund. I did get my refund, that's why I rated them a 2, but I was crossing my fingers. Based on my order issues, I'm surprised I even received my refund. Never again!

They claim everything is “in stock”…

They claim everything is “in stock” however, it’s a total LIE. They have zero stock being a middleman. They will take your payment then make a half hearted attempt to find it through a different company . Most of the time it seems they don’t find it but keep your payment without sending you anything which is theft. I don’t understand how this “business” is allowed to operate. They will never respond to voicemails left or emails either. They are out of Diamond Bar, CA which is LA County. Suggest you call the LA County DA or State AG to file a complaint.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Originally told that the cargo container that my order was on was delayed and waiting to dock to unload cargo. They gave me a date. After that date passed I emailed them again and was basically told the same thing. I finally canceled my order today and was told that I could not cancel it. This compasny is a bunch of con artists.... Stay away

Purchased a book case which hadn't shipped months after purchase. Canceled order. No refund received. Multiple emails which they claim refund was sent. My bank confirmed refund not received and out over $800. Scam. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
