We have ordered protein bars and a box was expired when it has arrived. We cannot sell these products ín Hungary. The answer was that it is allowed tó sell expired products ín Czech Republic.
I ordered vitamins from the HomeGym Hungarian website without knowing that the products would be shipped from abroad. I canceled my order, but my requests were ignored and they shipped the package anyway. When the order arrived to my great surprise, I contacted customer service again and was informed that in order to return the package, I would have to pay postage to the other country where the products were shipped from, despite having cancelled the order before. The customer service was very poor, impolite and they dealt with me by ignoring my further messages. No apology for their error or any effort to resolve the issue. I will never use HomeGym again.
