A real surprise and a pleasant one.
I was very dubious about selling my house to a "quick sell for cash" company as there are many horror stories on the net. However I Did some research and decided to try Home House Buyers. I am very glad I did. I dealt with an extremely straightforward and knowledgeable person called Daniel Tomlinson. He patiently talked me through the process and gave me a quote about three hours later. It was not the top price I had been offered but retrospectively I think was in fact fair. There was no pressure at all throughout our conversation and we left the option open which I really appreciate. So I'm glad I took the first step with this company and I'd encourage people thinking of going down this route to consider Home House Buyers.
