The advert you clicked on was a Google ad specifically related to selling a tenanted property, and once clicked, it should take you to our front page, which includes a visual infographic explaining the process — including the fact that we typically offer around 20% below market value.
We understand that this approach isn’t the right fit for everyone, but it is the basis of the service we provide. We reached out to discuss your experience and to understand how you feel we could improve, and we genuinely appreciate the feedback you’ve shared.
Just for those reading, we want to clarify that we did not offer £100k less. Properties on your street are currently on the market for around £325,000, and the guide we provided was based on our standard model of offering approximately 20% below market value, which comes to roughly £260,000.
You mentioned that you were looking for full market value, which we completely understand; however, that isn’t a service we are able to provide. Our model is specifically designed for sellers who prioritise a quicker, more certain sale over achieving full market price.
