Do not want to click a star. More shabby than chic
I ordered a tallboy over a month ago. When I was finally given a delivery date I waited in all day emailing and phoning with no response and no delivery. Finally got another date. It was delivered yesterday with 1 leg ok 2 legs wobbly and 1 off completely marks over the unit and the bottom draw broken in side.
This is the email I sent this morning and still had no reply.
This order has taken over a month to receive and I have spent a whole day waiting in and no delivery. Then when it was finally delivered I have an item that has marks over it. 2 loose legs one leg off completely and I can't screw it on it is not screwable it has spikes also the bottom draw is broken in side. I am now left with an item that is propped up in a corner with plastic over it and a piece of wood holding it up just the look I was aiming for, is it going to take another month to correct this. Your contact number never gets answered and there is a year gap between emails. Can you please advice because I feel I have been very patient.

Hi Eda, We are very sorry for the problems you received with this order. The first delivery date was an estimate and this was stressed at the time of ordering.
As for the unit arriving damaged, that is completely unacceptable. We are however an extremely busy furniture company and do have mishaps.
Since your purchase last October we have made some improvements. We now have our own vans for local deliveries and have a central warehouse and delivery team. We deliver our furniture by either Gold or Platinum service. Gold being one man delivery and Platinum two man delivery. Our drivers unpack your order, place the item in the room of your choice and even remove any unwanted packaging. They even allow time for you to fully check your item over and wont leave until you are completely satisfied with your order.
