An awful and deceitful company. First, they cancelled the appointment an hour before and we agreed they would come the next day (they wanted to come at 8am, but we agreed on 8:30). When nobody showed up next day at 9am (no calls or emails from them) and I had to call myself they said that the appointment had been cancelled again and that they had called me (they definitely did not). As a result, I had to pay much more to another company for an urgent appointment as I had to move away from the house and had to do the garden before that.

Summary: last-minute cancellation, no warnings

On 16th November 2017 I had a look at their website where they quote half-day price of £120 and full-day price of £200, which suited me perfectly. Made a call to book a full day slot of helping hand and the receptionist had no idea what is written on their website, kept telling me that I can book only by hourly rate of £45 per hour. This is fine and the price is fare but the fact that they put deceiving information on their website and then trying to lure you into something else puts me off so much. The receptionist doesn't speak good English as she could NOT understand the type of work I needed help with.. I mean any decorators would know what ceiling moulding installation is, but she couldn't understand and therefore couldn't tell me if somebody from their team can do that in our appartement. When I asked her name she wouldn't give it to me!? So how on earth i suppose to book a service if I don't even know who I'm talking to?? Very bizarre company, wouldn't trust them at all.

If only I could give no stars. Fist day had a 6pm appointment at 6.30 no workman so I called...they gave me a lame excuse that he was in a car accident. I was promised a appointment at 5pm the next day waited till nearly 6pm no call so I called again. First she hung up on me then she gave me another lame excuse that they called leaving a message (I had no message) to confirm the appointment
