Money taken then no contact and no delivery.

Ordered a dining table on their website and paid by card. I was sent a receipt, but no further communications. I tried to phone and it always went to answerphone, however, the phone would not accept any message. My e mail s go unanswered. The web now shows the business, which is in Wednesbury, is closed, and I can no longer access the web site. Therefore, I will have to try and claim the money back from my card provider.

Company Does NOT Exist

No stars for this company as it doesn’t even exist. Ordered a grey marble lamp table on 5 January and still waiting! Despite numerous emails with no response, now found out website has disappeared. Just hoping bank refund me. Total scam.

Homeofinteriors -Wednesbury are Criminals, Avoid.

Yes sadly as others have reported this is a front for fraudsters.
Do not confuse with Home of Interiors Brockenhurst, a perfectly legitimate company, which I mistakenly searched when checking out reviews before placing an order.
Home of Interiors WEDNESBURY is one of a number of fraudulent websites using the words "Home" and "Interiors". There's another incorporating 'Cheshire' in addition.
Thankfully my Bank will refund me under s.75 Consumer Credit Act, worth remembering next time we give the banks a kicking.

Fraudulent Company

Purchased furniture for over £1000 and sent them emails and tried to contact the number of the text message I received confirming my order, after a few days of nothing thought it was strange and then started to find all the other people that have been scammed !!!
Learnt my lesson always look for reviews
Now reported to fraud company.
Will have to try now and see if we can claim this money back
Should be ashamed taking people well earned money !!!!

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. They do not have accounts with the suppliers of the products they are selling. They advertise goods at unrealistic prices to get customers to spend their money with them, however no one can get the products as they cannot supply them.
Reported to action fraud and trading standards. Please also see their facebook reviews.
If something looks too good to be true that is because it generally is.

Please look at reviews of companies before you buy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!
I have paid for two sofabeds through PayPal, the delivery was cancelled a few days before it was due and a refund promised. A week later the refund was also cancelled. They have ignored repeated email requests to sort the problem. I think this company is fraudulent and had no intention to supply the items on offer. If I don't get a refund I will be reporting them to the police. Several other people have contacted me with similar experiences.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
