Once you buy you are stuck!
Sizes aren’t correct. Hoodies are cheap nylon, not a quality item and they don’t accept returns and contacting them or getting anything from them is hopeless.
Basically if you are buying to are stuck with whatever you receive

The time frame was decent, from order placed to order received. I did however get alittle nervous when I didn't hear ANYTHING for almost 2 weeks after placing the order, other than to check and have it say the order was confirmed and that was it. I was just beginning to worry that I'd been scammed when I got notification that it was about to be shipped. Once received, size is true, material is nice and the hoodie overall is super comfy... thanks so much!

I thought it was a 3D figurine when I ordered it and it showed up as just a piece of plastic with a sticker on it.. 😢 I bought it for my friends wedding to be his cake topper... I'm going to still give it to him but I don't think he will use it. Very expensive hunk of plastic.

I purchased two Christmas ornaments. When I received them they were nothing like the website photo. They were a plastic piece with a piece of paper glued to the back. So ugly and cheap. Customer service was rude and offered no solution. I will be disputing this with charge with my credit card company. It’s a pain to do so but this company doesn’t deserve any money for such a cheap and awful workman ship item. Don’t waste your money.

One star is one star too many!
I ordered an ugly Christmas sweater in November. Today is December 31st and I have never received the item. I reached out to the company, all they can say is that they appreciate my patience and that they do not issue refunds. ALL I CAN SAY IS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Learn from a Totally Dissatisfied Customer. I should have read the reviews before making this purchase. Many similar as mine! What a disappointment!

I was expecting to recieve my purchase in the middle of Jan. I recieved both the x wing pilot sweat shirt and mandolrian hoodie on Christmas eve. It was a total shock. I didnt expect them both so soon. And the quality is excellent!! Thank you so much!!

The blanket is much more than expected! It’s extremely soft and actually thick. Quality is great I will be purchasing more

This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I’ve spent weeks chasing down an order that was supposed to arrive before Halloween… and now it’s almost Thanksgiving. Only today did they finally admit the package was lost. I made my order October 4th 😂

I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund—literally over 25 emails—and they’ve ignored every request. Instead, they offered to send a replacement (which at this point would also arrive who-knows-when) and a 20% discount on a future order. I honestly had to laugh when I read that.

This entire situation has been a complete waste of time and energy. All I wanted was a simple Halloween hoodie for my toddler, and somehow even that turned into a nightmare

The f2 hoodie is the wrong size.
A small, I need a medium. Not sure what went wrong with my order.
I would like an exchange or refund.

This was a gift for my Boyfriend who Loves all things Star Wars, but especially Boba Fett! He Absolutely Loves the Hoodie! The Attention to Details and Vibrent Colors are Amazing! The Only complaint I could have about the hoodie is that it was listed as fur lined for warmth, but it is a thinner hoodie with a thinner liner in it, not exactly "fur lined". Despite that it is everything it listed online. I am still giving a 5 star review because my boyfriend layers everything he wears in the winter, so it's not a big deal to him. He still Loves the Hoodie! Thank you for an FUN & Awesome Hoodie! Overall I would Recommend!

Terrible customer service. I had a heath issue and was not able to use the costume I ordered. They would not allow me to return the items. They initially said they would refund me 30% back and offer me a 20% coupon for my next purchase. Which they later changed their minds and took back the 30% refund offer. It’s sad that a company does not have any compassion for their customers. I did the right thing and donated the costume unfortunately Homesizy did not do the right thing. VERY SAD.

Shopping on the website was great. However I wasn’t told when to expect my product (if I did, I wouldn’t have ordered it) and of course it didn’t come in on time. At least I was able to track it and know it wasn’t coming in on time. And then trying to find the return/exchange policy- forget it.

Is it deceptive to sell sweatpants when the listing clearly states in text form and visual images that the product includes more than simply sweatpants?

This was my 3rd purchase from Homesizy and I just love their items. Great quality and feel. Get so many compliments on the items as well!

This is a garbage company. They never state the time it will take after you submit and order. The answer is a month I found out after they never relied to be for a week to my inquiry. They basically buy, for example, a $7 shirt from aliexpress and have it shipped from China but charge you $25 more for that BS. Do not buy from this aweful company - that are also called "Family Store". Stay so far away from this terrible company..
