The website implies a much faster shipping experience than you actually get. So much for my halloween costume. - ughh.

Ordered 3 t-shirts for Halloween - based on the process and shipping timeframes Homesizy have posted on their website, my order should have been fine to arrive in time for the Holiday. 4 days passed and I didn't receive any process or shipping info so I checked in with their customer service. I was then informed that processing is not 1-2 days (as advertised) but in fact 3-5 days and THEN an additional 7-15 days for shipping. In every attempt to remedy this situation, I was told "Please sympathize with this inconvenience and wait until the product arrives"... The site provides inaccurate information and Himesizy refuses to take any responsibility. They simply defer to their cancelation policy - which is completely ridiculous as it only allows cancelations within 2 hours of placing your order. Buyer beware!

It will take nearly three weeks for my purchase to arrive.
After realizing after purchasing that the timeline would be this unrealistically long and therefore miss the date the purchase was intended for - a Halloween party - I sought a refund and was declined.
In 2023, three weeks from purchase to delivery for T-shirts is archaic.

I was looking for a shirt option for my son to wear for a costume and the products fit him well and are holding up in the wash, very much like any sweatshirt.

Great customer experience with faster shipping than expected. Prices were half what they were on Etsy. Would definitely shop here again!

Bought 4 tee shirts for Christmas 2023. Happy with selected design, but cannot yet speak to sizing, comfort or laundry survival.

Ordered a few items this time after my previous first order as I was pleased with the quality. This time I ordered one Tshirt and ugly sweater. The delivery was quick and the quality still was great. We're definitely making another order soon to start Christmas shopping!

Took about a month to arrive-good tracking though. Thankfully arrived just in time for my event. Honestly, these were not what I was expecting at all. I am overall disappointed with the quality of the printing-some of the shirts look blurry. and the material is not great-I bought a dress for a disney race and not sure I will be able to wear it. Based on other feedback-doesn't look like I can return so will do my best with what I got. Unfortunately since it all took so long, I have little time to find alternatives.

My husband doesn't like to get dressed up so thought I'd get him a sweat suit. Horrible quality and expensive! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It took over a month to get the items. I reached out to the company and they refuse to give me my money back. I'm sending everything back and then calling my credit card company to get my money back.

Ordered a Halloween costume that arrived and was terrible material and way too big for the size ordered. After requesting to return it and receive either a refund or even get store credit, I was refused. Terrible customer service in today’s competitive online shopping world. Will not be shopping here anymore and recommend others don’t either unless they are 110% sure they’ll like their purchase. Disappointing!

I recently ordered a couple of items from homesizy. I am still waiting for the items to be shipped. They say it takes 3-5 days to process things, and it has been 11 so far. The production time is almost double what they quoted, and the shipping estimate is 7-15 days. I fully expect to double that time as well. By then, the date I needed the product will have passed. I tried to cancel the order, and they said you have 2 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order. Don't waste your time ordering from a company that can't complete orders in a timely manner if at all.

I ordered from Homesizy before reading the reviews and my heart sank to see the company's mixed rep. But in fact everything worked out very well. The costume I ordered was delivered on time. It was high quality and fit the product description. And I had a lot of fun wearing it to a party! So, many thanks, Homesizy for your product and service. Much appreciated.

Ordered a Hawaiian shirt. It came in too small. They absolutely would do nothing about it. They had the cash, so they didn't care about the customer any longer

Sent pictures of how the shirt was smaller than other shirts I'd bought of the same size, they didn't care

They really should change their name to "WrongSizy"
