We have used Homes on Web a few times now and would not consider using any other estate agents. Steve, Mark, Alex and the team have recently helped sell my family home of 52 years, and we are extremely grateful for their support throughout the whole process.

My parents have medical issues, with one of them living with vascular dementia, so it was important that the sale was handled with care and minimal disruption. The team organised a thoughtful way to market the property while keeping my parents’ needs at the centre of everything.

They achieved a sale price that my parents were happy with and then guided us smoothly through to completion, keeping us updated at every stage. Their professionalism, compassion and communication were excellent from start to finish.

I would highly recommend Home on Web to anyone looking for an estate agent who is not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring and considerate.

Fantastic service received from Alan, He managed to find me a property to rent in the circumstances that I was in, where no other letting agency would help me. Nothing was too much trouble for Alan, and if it was not for Homes on Web, there would of been a high chance that I could of been homeless. I would highly recommend both Steve and Mark for going above and beyond to sell our property at higher than the asking price.

We sought valuations from 5 different agents in MK, including the big players. Homes on Web valued our property the highest and then went on to sell it above the valuation price .

There was excellent communication throughout. Nothing was too much trouble.

I wanted to be heavily involved with the photographs, description of the property,  RightMove advert, etc. and they were very accomodative and understanding which I especially appreciated.

They also went out of their way to ensure the buyer's side didn't slack- we exchanged within 2 months of starting viewings.

Both Steve and Mark have provided an outstanding service with the sale of our property. A purchaser was found super quick and any "issues" were ironed out immediately. I couldn't have asked for more. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mark and Steve were amazing from start to finish. They always made me feel like my sale was important to them and their commitment and communication was always perfect. A cheerful, upbeat company who I would 100% recommend to anyone.
