Love the colors in this tile . One of the tiles was broke but it’s just a sample . I’m a bit nervous if I order this that it comes intact

We were looking for some unique tile to go with our new copper topped vanity, and we found it! The vintage style metallic fireplace mosaic tiles we found looked perfect! We ordered a sample, which was supposed to come with expedited shipping, but it took about 8 days to get here. The communication wasn't great, and the tracking link didn't work.
I had begun to think I'd been scammed, when the sample tile arrived. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! And exactly what we needed. We ordered our tile with expedited shipping, and it arrived at our house two days later.

Everything was broken....still waiting for someone to email me back....poor customer service.

The 1st set of tiles from another company turned out to be way too costly for what I was looking for. I happened to do a search for "Gold" tile and found the perfect design with Hominter. I paid thru PayPal which I don't care to do, but received the tiles in no time at all! My contractor didn't get to the tile portion of the job for a while, but when he did they looked fabulous. Funny thing too, they matched the tone and color of my new glass shower door brass metal frames! I was surprised how well that deep gold looked so great. Men would like this color so much, but I normally preferred a lighter gold tone. It surprised me to see how nice it was really turning out in this shade which made it a more updated look! Another fact was there was no waste as the tiles were all the same and "a pattern" wasn't a factor either! Happy with everything, Thanks, EJ

Ordered tile on 7/1. Was told I would receive the item in 7 - 10 business days. I had received confirmation of the order but by the 9th day, I had received no tracking information whatsoever. For 2 days I sent emails and inquiries regarding tracking. After requesting they cancel the order, I got an email stating the tiles were ready to be processed this week. It takes a cancellation email to prompt them to send me the tile??? After cancelling the order, I have yet to receive any word regarding refund. Dispute was made with my credit card

I ordered a sample tile 7 days ago. I received a message that my order was received, but it still hasn't shipped. I have sent two messages over a two day period with no response.
Before ordering I sent a question; I received an email that didn't answer my question.
The customer service seems to be very lacking. I have ordered from other tile companies and had prompt answers to my questions. They also advised me when there was a delay.
If the sample I paid for ever arrives, I doubt I will order from this company. If there was a problem, I'd never get it resolved.

We have not received the order. Can you provide us a tracking number?

Tile was exactly like it look like on their site, absolutely beautiful, good customer service.

Arrived in on scheduled time- in good condition.

I ordered 11 sheets of tile and received them pretty quickly but noticed immediately that they were not properly packed as tile generally is, each shrink wrapped on a sturdy piece of corrugated cardboard to stabilize them. Instead they were OPEN with no backing and just loosely stacked on top of each other with nothing but maybe a half inch of foam around the interior of the box and less than a millimeter of a foam sheet between them. The first sheet had broken pieces. So I took each and every one out and every single one had one to multiple breaks. I received this request to leave a review before I’d had a chance to address it with them and so I contacted them directly with 11 photographs of the damaged tile so they could see the problem and have an opportunity to fix it before leaving a bad review. I explained that they probably broke in transit, but the packing made that a likely scenario and asked them for a refund and was happy to return them if they sent a carrier to pick them up. First they offered me just five replacement sheets. I paid for 11. They called me RUDE… and were argumentative at best. I had to involve PayPal to get my money back. After that they told me that they would refund my money only once they had received the return tile (with no offer to take responsibility for even having it picked up) and were adamant that it must be received in its “original condition.” As they insisted the original condition was unbroken, I’m not sure how I am supposed to turn broken tile into unbroken tile. After a big headache of back and forth emails with this company I went ahead and ordered the same tile from a different company which arrived packaged properly and intact, as PayPal was working on it for me but that can take time and I have a project to finish. It *appears* they sent me seconds or something although I don’t know that to be fact, as they were not in the factory packaging like the other order I received of the exact same product. I added this info with photographs to PayPal and received my money back FROM PayPal within 24 hours. I would be very careful of this company, they advertise a “money back guarantee” but despite the poorly packaged open sheets of broken tile, they had no intention of refunding me and without PayPal I would have never received a refund. You can find whatever they sell from a more reputable seller. I had really hoped they would have honored their money back guarantee given all the prompt proof I sent them of the issue so that their customer service could have led me to leave a better review. BEWARE!

I bought many sample tiles, they were cheap and very fast delivery!
