Better late than never

I ordered a new charger for my bike in March and it turned up after 9 month.
But last year I wrote them, that my bike didn’t work, and the next day I got a mail with a code. And the bike worked again.
So, both a 5 star and a 3 star.

Horrible Experience with Honbike

I bought a Honbike in the UK on amazon however I later found out it was through the reseller program Honbike has setup. I experienced the worst customer support I have ever had with this reseller and this was crusal as my bike had developed a manufacturing fault 2 months in. I suggest not to buy a bike from this comapany as you will most likely experience a similar issue to me. I made a mistake dont let yourself make the same one. FYI I managed to get a full refund on Amazon going through the A-Z garantee process. Thank god Amazon saved me.

completely unresponsive

It took months to get answers to emails in the beginning, and now nothing. The website is constantly down. They remain active on Instagram but it would seem they’ve abandoned ship elsewhere. You can’t get parts, repairs, accessories —nothing.

Great for the first 3 months and then…

Great for the first 3 months and then problems began. First the breaks which are terrible quality need to be changed every 3-4 months.

The worst issue however is related to the battery. It's displayed as a "D1" issue on the screen. Customer support says its an issue affecting many bikes and requires a battery change. It will take months before I receive a battery.

So many issues and my bike is less than a year old.

The bike is not charging

The bike is not charging - the charger indicates “green” but the battery is empty. No customer service around - mail to support written (suggested by honbike chat bot). Await answer, but afraid that i cannot ride it for a long time….

I bought one of the earlier Honbike…

I bought one of the earlier Honbike TOGO01 ebikes,Japanese model.Contacted the company support by email multiple times for the last week-no response whatsoever.I start doubting even if they have in fact any support My bevel gear in the drive shaft has been damaged from normal use.This claim for 40000 km hassle free and maintenance free is more of a wish than reality.Zero support for their own product albeit being an older version-very sad!Utterly disappointed with this company and the bike.I bought the bike second hand and now realised why the previous owner got rid of it so soon.I will update the review if I get any support or parts from the Honbike.

The bike has a good drive but already…

The bike has a good drive but already experienced lots of problems: terrible brakes, D1 some kind of tech fault the bike doesnt function then anymore sudde ly and the latest was an electric shock and small fire when i wanted to charge… really a bugger this bike. Dangerous

Even though I live in Brisbane…

Even though I live in Brisbane Australia far from the company, Honbike customer service is exceptional, I have bought things from outside Australia that does not match the excellent customer support I received from Honbike. Honbike company support me throughout an accident and always ready to replace any faulty product 💯 %. This is excellent and all companies should learn from Honbike. Thank you Mr James Liu and Honbike team I appreciate your great customer Support.

Do not order until they are more established

I orded an e-bike from them but they are not able to deliver it and they won't return my money. They also are not publishing my reviews on their website.

I would steer away from them until they get things working out, which I hope they do.

They did return my money so one star added for that.
