CONSUMER WARNING: Forgery, Fraud, and Safety Negligence

If you value your financial security and your vehicle's safety, do not bring your car to this dealership. My experience revealed a systemic pattern of predatory and criminal behavior.
1. Forgery & Unauthorized Charges: After I refused aggressive upsell attempts for unnecessary repairs, this service department forged my signature on an invoice to bill over $3,200 to my credit card. I have filed a police report for Forgery and have provided law enforcement with the original blank document vs. the forged copy submitted by the dealer.
2. Falsified Diagnostics: To justify the theft, they claimed my engine was "misfiring." This was a lie. Independent forensic OBD2 scans performed immediately after I left the lot confirmed my vehicle had Zero (0) Diagnostic Trouble Codes. They fabricated a mechanical failure to sell $2,000+ in unnecessary parts.
3. Safety Negligence: Most consistently, while they were focused on coercing me into unauthorized work, they neglected to perform an active NHTSA Safety Recall on my fuel pump. They prioritized predatory billing over my physical safety on the road.
This is not a "misunderstanding." This is deceptive trade practice. A criminal investigation is active. Avoid at all costs.
