The portal says the delivery will be within 1-5 days and I’m literally in day 8 and no sign of the order still, despite having chased them through email and call to the customer service. Just don’t buy anything from there, complete waste of time.

BAD SHIPPING , ESPECIALLY WITH SPEEDEX
During the second lockdown, I ordered a package that cost 200 EUROS!!! and I received it after 3 months( SPEEDEX), whereas it was in my local delivery store. I called 3 times the customer service, who was behaving terribly to me as it was my fault. Additionally, they never give a good amount of samples. THAT'S DISRESPECTFUL to us, TO THE CUSTOMERS, who choose to buy something from them with OUR MONEY and wasting our TIME. Recently, I ordered something much cheaper from another really popular beauty store and they gave me many samples.

I have made my order from 23/11.
My credit card has been charged from 25/11
Until now (23/12) I haven’t received nothing.
I have asked them to cancel the order before 10 days and they hardly answer after 3 mail attempts that they may return the money after 30 days from the day they will receive it back and if the condition is ok.
But I haven’t even seen the product!! How can I have responsibilities over the condition of the product and how much should I wait till the product returns? What if it has been lost??
Is it my fault that the company does not even know where is my parcel??
Stay away from this company!!
