Having been to HG 3 times while on a short trip to Madrid, I was so happy to find out that they had opened a branch in London. The food is absolutely delicious I could eat it every day and the food is extremely reasonable in price. I was worried the price might be inflated in London but it wasn’t. Considering how tasty the food is, I find the price to be amazing in comparison to other ‘restaurants’ which offer much blander food. Can’t wait to visit again!

I had my new phone stolen when we were surrounded by three men who sat down on our table and reached into my bag and stole my phone.i told a waiter and asked him to call the police. He refused . We were offered no help at al, despite the obvious distress we were in.Later I phoned the head office who were reasonably pleasant but didn’t even ask my name, and said that they weren’t going to get back to me or do anything about it.Surely they owe a duty of care to their customers to provide a safe space to eat in.

I used to like them a lot, but i realized they are just greedy and dont care about cutsomer satifaction. The App logged me out and when i logged back in, it erased my profile. I ordered 3 plates and then their customer service refused to put the 3 stamps in my account and it took them 2 weeks to reinstate my account. I asked for at least some compensation from them, and they refused. HORRIBLE customer service. There is nothing honest about them.

Great healthy food at reasonable prices. Love the atmosphere and staff there. Will defo come back again! ❤️

I love the food, however the waiting time is really long sometimes. H20 bar is the best, especially raspberry-basil one. One time I came with a friend and she got a terrible allergy for something in the salad, however all the allergens stated in the menu were known to us and could not be the reason. So probably there was something more in it.
Nontheless personally I had only good experience from the place.

Honest Greens is the greatest restaurant on earth for anyone who values fitness and health.

I'm vegan and I can pick high-quality vegan protein (eg. tofu) plus raw vegetables.

...and my carnivore friends are equally happy.

It's just straight-up high-quality food for people who appreciate nutrition. Amazing.

I was a regular customer at honest greens. Last night I went to get what I normally get and not only did I have to wait thirty minutes before I could even order but then I had to wait thirty minutes for the actual take out (of one item) to arrive. I got home and noticed that half the box of food was missing. I proceeded to eat what there was and I have been in intestinal agony since I woke up this morning.

Fantastic in Barcelona, went three times in 5 days, vegan menu and food is out of this world. Service also fantastic, prices really good, cannot recommend highly enough 5 stars !

The most interesting salad I've ever had. The atmosphere was relaxed and we really enjoyed our meal. Ate at Las Ramblas, Barcelona, went back the next night and food was just as good. Will be looking for them in the UK.
