I think the costum service in Honey Birdette is ten out of ten. They are very helpful and they answer quickly on mail. They also are very solution oriented.
There where some faults in some items and they fixed it asap and made me store credit for the ones they couldn't replace.
And Danielle whom I was coresponding with is very helpful and fixed the problems within hours..I am pleased..
The only thing I'm not content with is the shipping company which the EU warehouse is using
They are very unstable in their shipping time

Sasha did a great job helping us with a gift certificate that we were having trouble using. 5 stars for helping effectively and quickly!!!

The HB team at BNE Queen Street store are absolutely amazing and super helpful. Billie and Camille especially Further the online chat team Gigi helped me out with an issue and was able to sort it quickly for me.

Honey Birdette is amazing! Not just the merchandise but the service team! Lisbeth (and another person) helped with and address mistake and Robyn saved the day when a piece of merchandise that was delivered was incorrect. It’s not the mistakes we make, it’s how we recover and HB did this amazingly well!

Neither of the vibrators that I ordered hold their charge and no one will help with a return, exchange, etc. This company is horrible.

Was confused with a return, however Sasha was patient and a wealth of knowledge. Suggested alternative sizes processed the new order smoothly. Great to deal with.

I had a bit of a back-and-forth with the online support, but honestly, every Honey I encountered was very helpful. Got everything sorted quickly, cannot complain.
Ladies at the Covent Garden store are lovely, particularly Sasha. They helped me not only to pick the right size but also gave insights into collections, and I was able to decide on my purchase based on their feedback.
