My v8 pro malfunctioned after 8 months so had to contact honiture. Didn’t expect much after reading so many negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised that my email was answered in 4 days. Had to send video of malfunction. Received response next day acknowledging that it wasn’t repairable and sent new vacuum 5 days later. So my experience was very good.

Our Robovac was great but then stopped working. After a very lengthy and frustrating period trying to get help with a product which failed under guarantee, Danny from Honiture stepped in, got everything resolved and sent me a new unit. First class service!

do not buy under any circumstances
had to disassemble after using for 15 min. It would not pick up but kept throwing dust around the floor. Now I can't get it reassembled; the canister refused to snap into place.

I take back every good thing I ever said about this when I was asked to reply to other customers' questions!
I bought this cordless vacuum about a year ago, knowing that it would be inferior to any upright model. So I was prepared to make allowances for its inability to raise the pile on my carpet - or for the fact that, invariably, when I've finished using it, I'm just extremely unsatisfied with the result.
That said, there are other factors about the machine that warrant my poor rating.
Chief among them: it gets clogged with pet hair and cat litter every time I use it. I have not, as far as I can recall, been able to clean all the carpets in my house without having to remove the debris that hasn't been successfully loaded into the canister.
And to make it worse, once the machine is assembled, you need to be Hercules to detach any of the parts. This is why I so rarely use it to vacuum my stairs - I'd rather take a dustpan and brush to them than struggle with the ordeal of converting it to a handheld cleaner.
So, when the machine gets clogged, I'm forced to disassemble it to access the blockage - meaning that I have to put up with both the clogs and the misery of trying to take it apart!
I gave this wretched thing a very long benefit of the doubt. Now, however, I'm so fed up with it that I felt it necessary to warn anyone who reads this review that they're likely to experience the same problems with it or any other Honiture vacuum that's structured similarly.

Piece of crap product and piece of crap company
I ordered the x7 model and right out of the box the product would not charge. I attempted several times to contact the company to get the logistics to return the product for a full refund. Unfortunately, not a single response to my many emails to the company. I thought I could trust this company given the product review from Consumer Report. I regret listening to CR and regret purchasing this product from the poorly run company. If I am able somehow to get my money back I will be an outspoken critic and evangelist to anyone considering making a purchase. I would have given a zero star if possible

My Honiture Q6 pro conveniently stopped emptying on the 2nd anniversary when the warranty ran out!! For a £350+ piece of kit, I expected support and a longer warranty compared to other household appliances. Sadly this junk has to go to the tip :-/ Would not recommend.

Poor after sales service for Honiture Cordless vacuum…
I purchased a Honiture Cordless vacuum cleaner S12 model some months ago. I was recommended to frequently wash and check the filter and replace as necessary. However it seems impossible to purchase the part. I have sent numerous emails and had no response from what appears to be an extremely poor after sales service. There is no telephone contact number and the only supplier I can find is on Amazon who say it is unavailable. In essence with out the filter the vacuum does not function effectively and I have had to resort to an old hoover machine. Does anyone know where to obtain these filters. A good product but now unusable

False advertisement. It’s been over a week since I’ve left about 6 emails and not one response!!!
I have an issue with their vacuum x7!!!!!
IT WILL NOT GO FROM HARDWOOD TO CARPET, once it gets on carpet the roll brush indicator turns on red and that indicates something is hung or stopped up. I only had it for one day! I took it apart by instructions and there’s nothing in it at all!!!!! I’ve gone over and over manual and there’s nothing I’ve missed.
I also have the lowest pile rug you can buy so that’s not an issue! I’m very disappointed because I spent almost $300 for nothing!!!

Do not buy this product.
When this product arrived, it was 25% charged. That was the highest it ever charged.
I have tried to contact, cancel with PayPal and emailed customer service multiple times. No response.

Low quality and no assistance from manufacturer
I bought a Honiture Cordless Vacuum S12. The floor brush wheel came off after one year of use. I contacted them, and they sent me a replacement. However, with less than two years of use, the battery died. I couldn't find a replacement, and they didn’t answer my emails requesting assistance.
So, first, the equipment’s quality isn’t good, and second, they don’t provide customer support. In conclusion, don’t waste your money on any equipment from this brand. They’re disposable. After a short time of use, I had to send mine for recycling and buy a better one.

They will not help if you have a problem with the product
I purchased a G20 Pro vacuum with the understanding that I have a 14 day trial period. This is a month later and I am still trying to get my money back. And they have the vacuum back as of 12-11-24 That is how long it took to get a US address to send it back. Originally I was told to send it to Germany on my own dime. Whick would have cost me around $300 for shipping. Don't buy from this company

Horrible Vacuum and Support
Our vacuum picks of dirt and debris but won't eject it into the collection bin meaning I have to empty it and clean it each time. Try and get support for this vacuum and not only is it difficult, it's impossible for get buying it.
Sent in for repair and came back with the same problem and no answers as to why it's not working.

We were gifted the Honiture Q6 SE robot…
We were gifted the Honiture Q6 SE robot cleaner and loved it. Until we needed more vacuum bags. Nothing fits. Tried 3 times to reach Honiture so we can buy bags direct and they don't respond. So we have a $700 vacuum with no vacuum bags. Sent the 3rd request today asking them to contact me on how to get bags. Not optimistic they will get back to me.
