Very poor quality latex that doesn’t last more than a few wears, and customer service hasn’t responded to my initial email, have chased again.

2 Garments are damaged only after 3-4 times of wear and being taken care of well.

I emailed customer service on the 27th Oct and still no response.

I had a great experience at honor, as someone quite inexperienced with these sorts of things I found the customer service really welcoming and helpful, it really made the whole experience a lot nicer! The products themselves were also great, would definitely come back again!

Adjusting the review as they did end up refunding me in the end after stating the consumer rights act. Have advised them they should at least have a sign up in store or make sure it’s clearly printed on the receipt.

Disappointed with the customer service, was going to buy a few items online but saw they had a store in Waterloo so decided to take a trip up to London (it’s a 2 hour journey for me but thought I’d tie it in as part of a day trip) to make my purchase as I wanted to see what else they had in stock in person. I usually prefer buying in person where I can.

At no point was I informed returns for a refund couldn’t be made back in store,it doesn’t state this anywhere on their website (and I have screenshots of this), it doesn’t state this on their receipt (which I still have and bought to store to show them) , the staff member never informed me about this either.

I made a journey back to the store as one of the dresses I bought did not fit well, the contour wasn’t fitting right in the chest area. I bought my receipts back and it was only that one item out of the 3 I bought I wanted to refund.
The staff member remembered me from the week prior, to my surprise the she said they can’t do refunds but can offer me an exchange or credit.despite their website saying returns for refund can be made within 30 days of purchase. There’s literally nothing else they had in store that I wanted, it was a £74.99 dress and as it was they didn’t have many options in store in my size last time I visited either, nor did they have any of the newer items, not that I would want them after this. I just wanted my refund.

I rang customer service and spoke to “Ben”, he said it was their “terms and conditions” but was unable to find the information, regardless of where it might be hidden. He then said he’d have to ask his manager, when I asked him to transfer me to them, he said she wasn’t in and would get “Rachel” to contact me tomorrow. I’ve asked him to send me an email confirmation of the call, will see if that actually happens (so far nothing a half hour later).

If I’d have known or had this store policy made clear, I would have just ordered online. They are breaching the sale of goods act and given this was my first ever experience with this company, I’m so very disappointed in their lack of clarity and service after sales. Hopefully the manager does give me a refund, I won’t be shopping with this company again if they don’t. Then again, I’m sure they make enough money not to care.

I was a bite worried after reading some of the reviews. I ordered two items and realize one of the items was my mistake as i ordered wrong size in corset. I ordered a pvc body and it was very small for its size. Contact company messaged me straight away and approved my return, and exchanged goods.

I would say some of the clothing isn't true to size so you may want to go a size up.

The clothing is fantastic quality and great customer service will order again.

One of the handiest shopping experiences I've ever had. Ordered 2 pairs of gloves and they arrived to Ireland within a few days, even over a bank holiday weekend, which is brilliant service. Honour also took care of customs taxes at source. You can't ask for a better service than that

I bought some latex and lube recently. Such a great online shop (would love to go into the shop if I lived in London!). Excellent range of products and consistently solid quality. Also, customer service was super friendly and responsive when I asked them about the delivery time as the latex was a gift for my partner. Definitely will buy honour again. Thanks.

Some issues with one item being defective on delivery and a slightly confusing returns process but customer service is good and provided resolution to issues and made sure I got a full refund. All other items great quality!

I recently visited SkinTwo in Waterloo and had a wonderful experience. The store was well-organized and had an impressive selection of clothing. The staff member, Anita, was extremely helpful. She was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the merchandise. She assisted me in finding the perfect outfit and even recommended some items that I hadn't considered but ultimately loved. I will definitely be returning to the store in the future.

The products were incredible. Customer service was amazing, quick delivery can't wait to order again! You can tell the brand really cares about quality

Received our items from Honour and unfortunately one of the items was at least two sizes wrong, we based our purchase according to their own sizing charts.

The response from Honour is that as the item has been tried on - they cannot do anything about it.

Extremely poor customer service.

Had to contact support about a faulty item, company issued the refund immediately after I provided the photos. By "immediately" I mean in two minutes after I've sent the email. Very impressed!

I have been a customer of Honour for a number of years, but not visited for a while. I popped into the Watford store to buy a new pair of leather trousers. Love the trousers, but was even more impressed with the service. Renata was fantastic helping me choose what I wanted and gave honest advice on what looked good on me. I am quite shy about my fetishes and its easy to feel intimidated in these sort of stores, but Renata could not have been more helpful and friendly and made me feel comfortable. She even convinced me to keep the trousers on when I left the shop! Fantastic store/fantastic service!

A great store to get anything a little bit naughty, popped into the Watford store a few weeks ago and loved the way it works. its basically the Argos of the Kink world.

Great products delivered quickly and without fuss. Packaged nicely and all at fair prices.

VERY disappointing experience. I was a long distance traveller who went to the store.

I purchased an ( understandably) ’ non returnable’ item but when i got home ( 3 hours later) it was demonstrably NOT the size advertised on the website.

I emailed immediately and waited patiently for a reply.I got one two weeks later.

Despite providing a receipt ( for £42.99) and photographic evidence of the item not being the advertised size , neither replacement or full store have been offered.

Supplying something know that doesnt meet the technical spec yet blaming the customer for it not being the right size is remarkable.

Avoid.

We visited the Watford shop this weekend, and wow! A nicely laid out shop with the whole warehouse behind so if its in stock you can have it, fitting rooms too! Ben was very helpful infact it felt like a very pleasant personal shopping experience. My wife was able to try clothes on in various sizes to find the one that fit best all the time Ben was very chatty and friendly. A word for the warehouse staff too, an order was passed through and within a minute or two there it was. 10/10 Honour very impressed.
