I still cannot get my order after 3 months
EDITED: today is 02-Mar-25 and I still didn't receive my order in full (was placed on 08-Dec-24), 3 months ago. On 23-Jan-25 they contacted me letting me know that one of fabric (Taupe color) is still not available. I asked to send at least another fabric (Black color). They did it. And now they tell me that my order was sent, giving me tracking number of that partial shipment. I have never received Taupe color fabric, I am waiting for 3 months, and I more than disappointed how company do their business. If I never got something I paid for, it is SCAM. Now they keep silence, no responses on my last few emails.

I've ordered quite amount of times from this shop. They have good variety of fabric, that's why I keep ordering from them, but their customer service is 1-star and not more. If they have fabric, you will get your order quite quick. If they don't have fabric in stock (which happens quite often), it will stay available on site, they will let you order it and pay for it, but you will get it after 2 months or more. They will never contact you about it, say sorry that it is out of stock and you need to wait. They won't let you know expected timelines, or ask if you actually want to wait for 2 months. There is no communication. They find it totally fine do not notify customer about such huge delays, and site will say that they do 'fast delivery'. Finally you will get your order, they are not scammers, but all in all, it is quite strange and disappointing experience...
At the moment my order placed on 8th of December is not yet received (today is 20th of January). It is not first time I have such experience, it is quite general practice.
