From the initial consultation through to the small changes in delivery locations and schedule, and culminating with a smooth and professional moving day(s), the Hooley experience was not to be faulted.

The whole team has been fantastic! We couldn't recommend them enough - very helpful, careful, experienced and organised from start to finish. They stored a large amount of delicate/expensive goods for us, which were then delivered and installed with great care, which was very much appreciated.

Osbornes did an amazing job moving my family from A to B, seamless process and very efficient staff members who were a pleasure to work with. Even managed to help move some things the previous owner had left when they didn’t have to do so. Really went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Hooleys carried out the move from our house to storage, then to our new property. They were very professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish. They were very careful with our furniture, wrapping everything and taking great care with all our possessions. It wasn’t an easy move for them as it involved a lot of steps at one end and a second storey flat at the other. They were always cheerful, never complaining. The organisation of the move was also done very well, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company.

When I got the quote for my removal I thought it was quite expensive but went ahead anyway . I’m so pleased that I did … it was worth every penny. The packing the day before and the actual move itself went so smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble . Thank you so much.

Hooleys are a delight to use. It felt like a group of (very experienced) friends were helping us to move. Most staff have been there for many years (often decades), which is testament to what a great company this is. Our move was seamless and the cheery, friendly staff helped to make what we anticipated to be a stressful experience actually quite enjoyable. We are using their storage facilities too - which is also brilliant. They went above and beyond for us. Before I booked them I searched online and couldn’t find one single bad review (which is pretty unusual for any company these days). Now I realise why. I can’t fault them and highly recommend them to others.

Communication with hooleys was very good, removal lads were very polite and efficient, to be honest, their quote, I thought was a bit high but the distance they had to cover carrying furniture and boxes was better then me doing it, so worth it in the end, would i recommend them, YES.
