Used for an offer, signed up to site as required now can't log back into account keeps saying access denied on login

So disappointed always had good games,good returns on cash but since they put in new game changes I have put in a lot of money but no returns it's since the march and April permotions going to delete app spent a lot but no returns

I today had several conversations over live chat as I was waiting for a withdrawal of £1000 since the 19th January. Having spoken to an advisor they explained I needed to upload various documents and I explained that it was affecting my mental health the stress of worrying if I was going to get the money. They then closed my account down so I can no longer access my account to upload the documents which I think is extremely dodgy. I’ve since uploaded the documents via the support email and I’m awaiting to hear back but not holding much hope. Awful customer experience and no lack of concern what could happen to people in vulnerable positions like myself.

Scam betting site. Take your £10 stake then refuse to give free bet for new customers. I complained, terrible customer service. Then sent messages offering more free bets for another £10 stake. Keep away worse betting site around

Honestly nothing but nice things to say about Hopa until now. I am a honest 5 star review in the making. Reading the reviews slightly scares me. such a shame, So much potential in this site. You have the house edge and could great!!!!!!

Played hopa casino from December, won't pay my winnings to me,asked for I'd passport ,pluss bank statement so did this,then they said they need Iban number,obic/swift number which should have been on statement they said ,so phoned my bank got this over phone,wrote them on bank statements, hopa said can not except this as the Iban obic need to be printed on my statement, so phoned bank again,the bank said they do not print this on top of statements, told hopa ,still won't give me the 167 pound they owe me,advise anybody not to go on this site.

Do not use. Happy to take the money from my card but won’t put the winnings back on it without me sending in a statement and other details. DO NOT USE!!!

Scam site. My card was used on their website and I initially spoke to my bank who asked me to try and get in touch with the company to see if I recognised it, so that is what I done. I obviously never had the details of the scammer so that complicated things and they couldn’t care less. I sent several emails to their CEO with no response. I raised a complaint with them in November 2021 I have only now just received a reply in December 2022. Luckily my bank has already refunded the money and as far as I know they are now chasing them for the money.

I joined this site. Placed some small bets then tried to withdraw £30. Couldn't withdraw as hadn't verified so I uploaded a utility bill and Driving Licence. Still not enough - they then wanted a photo of my bank card, front and back. Still not enough. I then get asked to provide a selfie facial photo with my hand in it holding my bank card :-)). The next thing I expected was to be asked to do the Hokey Cokey or take a photo of my ar*e. After 5 days, I still can't get the money out because they are "verifying" my documents. This site is a COWBOY SITE, do not invest 1p into it !! There are dozens of online betting and casino sites, stick to the trustworthy ones like Grosvenor, Hills, Ladbrokes etc and avoid this bunch of cowboys at all costs!!

I have been onto chat 3 times , each time they time you out even though you ask them not to.
Always get error code that timed out, how do you chat to these people or is it a ploy to just get rid of you?
I have made the qualifying bet for the welcome bonus but the free bet never appears. Trying to chase this by chat is waste of my time, I would advise others to stear clear of this bookmaker

Stay away, something not right with this site. For the past few weeks now anytime I try to login, I am taken to foreign pages, polish/spanish/Portuguese/German, and try as I might to keep refreshing the page or try to log in via another search engine, the same happens there. Then when I finally do find its gone back to the English page, I play the games and they stick and jump and lag. Something just isn't right. I made a deposit this morning and since then have not been able to get back on to play it as its coming up in foreign languages again, but if and when I do eventually get on to play it, I will use it and never deposit with it again. I have tried customer support, I tell them about the languages and jumping around, but all they say is, what is it you want help with? I have played on this site for a year or 2 now and have often wondered if there could be a chance its a scam, now I'm almost convinced after reading alot of these reviews. Look out for these foreign pages and do not use your login details on them.if I could give 0 stars I would.

Promised withdrawal would take up to 48 hours after 5 days it’s still pending. Try to talk to someone on chat and it’s worse than useless. They just say you will be updated via email today/tomorrow then nothing! I sent the required documents which were verified months ago so it’s not that holding it up. Do not play this casino! I placed a bet on horseracing with Bettarget. My horse was the 5/1 favourite. When they settled the bet. They changed the odds to 10/11 !!!!! There were a couple of long shot non runners so I expected a small rule 4 deduction. It took me three months and the involvement of IBAS to get Bettarget to settle my bet correctly. What was very interesting is that they sent IBAS an email which basically states that their rule 4 calculation process is wrong. Probably anyone who has had a horse racing bet with them (or any other Aspire Global brand) is likely to have had money falsely deducted from winning bets

Since they admitted that their rule 4 processing is not working, I checked my Hopa account (also run by Aspire Global). I found 68 bets where Hopa had changed the odds of my bet AFTER I bet. Some of them may be genuine rule 4 deductions but, as they have admitted that their rule 4 processing doesn't work, I have asked them to explain why they have deducted money.

That was over a week ago. My previous experience with Bettarget would suggest that I will probably not get a response from Hopa within the maximum 8 weeks specified in their gambling licence so I have already registered a claim with IBAS.
