100% a scam. I went with the good reviews they had and took a chance, what a big mistake that was. They’re definitely paid reviews. I’ve deposited £80 tonight and played action bank with every penny, not one bonus. I understand you win some you lose some. But they have gained £80 and the money they charged me just for depositing. AVOID this site at all costs.

OK the site started OK paid within a few days. Then the usual wanting verification etc. Also bets cut down to nothing. I wanted £1000 on a 2/5 shot at York. Got told max available was 500..left the bet as annoyed me. Same on tennis tried to have a grand on a 1/3 shot, max available was 450..these are not bookmakers anymore, they just want you on the casino spunking money off. As I say it started well but then loads of technical issues and cut down bets.

Do not use, they are a scam. I play many casinos and this a complete scam.how they gave received a license too trade is a mystery to me

Send you emails offering bonus spins if you deposit, no spins after making deposit and tell you the offer didn't come from them.... who would be enticing people to make deposits to hopa if not hopa..?

A lot of negative people when the only reason you got that bonus is because you clicked on the ad with the bonus offer on it.... there literally a bit at the end of signing up that says would you like a bonus offer 😂 you probably pressed it aswell as the terms and conditions without even looking. And to the people saying your losing on the site so it’s bad the site has nothing to do with the games that you play... the only bad thing about the casino is the 2.5% deposit fee but it’s not the end of the world

Charge with deposits and withdrawals, offer advertisement and T&Cs say things about getting your bonuses that are not fulfilled. Chat staff ignore your question then claim they have answered it so are going o end chat.

Promised £10 promotion and do not grant it. Tell lies like management refused to let me. I just made the account and wagered 1 bet. Believe what others have said it is a con.

I just want to give a different positive opinion to this betting site after reading so many negative reviews. It annoys me when people criticise sites and put people off joining. I have had no issues. I joined on a Saturday and deposited no problem. Luckily I won. I withdrew my winnings and the money was in my account on Monday morning. Now that's quick! The only down side is they charge for deposits and withdrawals. But come on, give companies a chance! Don't be put off by recent bad reviews. I recommend them!

Signed up with free promotion offer .I never got it . struggled getting in touch with customer service when I did I was told manager removed bonus offer and would not explain why.very rude and unprofessional

Not recommended i deposite some amout they gave 20% bonus i did not ask for bonus and after that can not widraw coz of wagering. Worat site will nere play. Finally i had to lost my money in fake games.

Useless bunch, when you win they ask you to send in numerous amounts of documentation which i duly did but they come back with excuses that passport pics etc not clear enough??
By sending in docs/photos etc it takes in out of your data which ends up costing you more money. Avoid

Signed up for an account yesterday, deposited and placed a bet, which fortunately won. Withdrew the winnings (which were received promptly in fairness, hence the 1 star being deserved), only to be told that I wasn't eligible for bonuses by their agent Anna. Avoid like the plague!!
