Great customer service and package…
Great customer service and package arrived so fast.
Downside was the website. It crashed when paying and said my order didn’t go through. When I clicked contact us button it said error. Luckily I’m tech savvy enough I found a way to email to find out my order didn’t go through in fact go though.

Great customer service, bad item
Sadly the item was so poorly manufactured as to be unusable (a set of 8 tuning forks in which only one was close to being in tune, the rest being more than a semitone off). However, the customer service from the company was exemplary, processing a refund for me very quickly and easily. Hopefully my dodgy item was just a bad luck blip!
