The product is fine but i left numerous phone and email messages with queries and none were returned. Not helpful at all.

Fast service, good quality and good price.

The tablecloth was delivered on time. It really did not need much ironing when I took it out of the packet, great. Such a pleasing colour of lemon, not too harsh.

Beautiful fabric, handled and sewed really well. I chose the colour to match a jacket I had brought for myself and I wanted to make some wide leg trousers to go with it. They have turned out lovely and I have enough fabric left to make a top and possibly a 60's Mod dress! I'm very happy thankyou

Outdoor round table cloth ... well made, good price, great service. Plus the airforce blue is a great colour

Order process is easy and delivery is within a few days of order placement. Quality of tablecloths is excellent and they wash well with minimum ironing required.

As I haven’t received anything yet I can’t say more. I’ve checked my Royal Mail app and it’s still not on it’s way.

Exceptional service from Hope Textiles. Customer service immediately refunded my order after I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size.
The corrected reorder was shipped and delivered very quickly.
This was a second order as I was so happy with a previous one. They offer a wide variety of table cloths in several sizes. The table cloths are well made and of very good quality, with the bonus of being a UK product.

I am rating one based on my experience so far. I placed an order Sunday 10th December. I haven’t received an order confirmation. I have emailed and also tried to the 2 contact numbers. I have had no reply to my email and the contact numbers both state currently unavailable.
Do any previous customers have alternate contact numbers.
I am willing to amend and update my review if/when I receive my products.

Good product, good value. But slow despatch. Fair customer service to address that.

I have a long dining table and for several years could not find a runner the length required. Last year my sister in law (also having a long dining table) found Hope Textiles. A year later I ordered festive red table runner and napkins and am delighted.

The tablecloth I have purchased from Hope Textiles is beautiful. The material is excellent and very well made and absolutely would recommend this product to anyone.
