Worst possible thing you can do is order from them. They are scammers. Some staff eat your food. Others take 3 hours no joke. Food comes cold always. Will never use them again they are horrible. With horrible service. This needs to be removed from Barbados
First time using Hopscotch Fetch, and unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied with my order. I’m staying on the grounds of the Limegrove Lifestyle Center Mall, and due to mobility issues, I used Hopscotch to order from PEPENERO, which is located just yards away.
The driver parked at the wrong villa with his music playing loudly, and I had to call out to get his attention. The pizza also arrived cold after a wait of over an hour, despite an estimated delivery time of 30-60 minutes.
Given the close proximity, I expected a faster delivery and for the food to be at the right temperature. I’d recommend allowing extra time when placing an order, and avoiding busy periods if possible.
