I contacted this Horizon Heating and Air Conditioning (Anaheim, CA 92807) four times by phone and letter to president to have them come in and get my A/C system up and going again. They never reached back to me even once although it was they who installed it for me many years prior. Sharing this with customers who are looking for a new HVAC company to install/service their system.
