Very bad shopping experience and won't recommend anyone buy products from HorseCare. I order 4 shampoo in December 2020 and received it after a week but found 1 shampoo already expired at 12/5/2019 and the other 3 expired at 12/6/2020. I try to call and send the message to HorseCare but no reply at all. Then I send the product refund request on their website twice but still no reply, I didn't receive the confirm email even the website said they are dealing with my request now. (and it show will send the confirm email soon) Really bad online shopping experience.
