Fast Delivery & good service
I was a little apprehensive about using Horze after the reviews were not great on-line but I can say the service was excellent.
I placed my order on the 18th November 2025 (UK) and all my items we're delivered on the 21st November 2025, company's from the UK can't even deliver that quickly.
I bought several items including some Horze products, the quality of these we're excellent, really impressed and the price was really good as well, I would defiantly recommend and use again.

I was looking for a pair of waterproof riding boots and didn't want to buy a third pair of Dubarry Galway boots as they are expensive! After a stint online I came across the Horze website with those amazing B Vertigo Ashley boots on sale. So after a lot of discount codes I managed to get them for 135€ compared to the Dubarry which would have been 470€ (the style I wanted). I HAVE ORDERED THEM YESTERDAY (MONDAY) AND THEY ARE HERE TODAY(TUESDAY)
Someone put a lot if effort into packing them up properly as well. The shoes are beautiful. I am normally a 36 but ordered a 37. I am glad I did as they are a bit snug on the calves but they are brand new. They have beautifully cushioning insoles its like walking on air. The leather seems to have been treated already out of the box. It is a bit scuffed in places but it doesn't matter it's a natural product,so it won't look as even as plastic (vegan leather). As I have a high instep I had a bit of a struggle getting in and needed my boot jack to get out off one of them ,but I assume in time this will not be an issue once they are worn in.They are only waterproof up to the ankle but that was clear from the product details blurb.
I am over the moon with those boots and the service. I have received emails throughout keeping me updated. You have a new faithful customer. And I don't even do horse riding I am a ballet person!!

No confirmation email . Half of order is missing and no reply to any emails apart from case number and no further reply .
Very frustrated as prior to this order they have been great .
