Solid, Dependable Support
As a small company having a dedicated IT person is beyond us. To have our own IT Department would be a dream. However since we found Host-It, we have turned our dream into a reality.
It really is like having our own IT Department. We moved from an AS400 based system to a PC/Server system with the help of Host-It. They brought the total project (Hardware, software, installation etc) to a conclusion within the required time frame and within budget.
We now have Host-It as our support partners and we have found them to be excellent. Any problem is sorted quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, they explain the problem and solution to us in language that we understand!
