Very good dialler system but what stands out for me is the technical support. Joe and Ed at hostcomm are brilliant when it comes to technical support help, to be honest everyone at tech support is great but Joe and Ed is who I get through to the most and they are absolutely brilliant. I can not praise them enough. I would recommend hostcomm to any business that is trying to dial a database.

Best company out there and easy to set up and start using

We have used Hostcomm now for a while and the service is fantastic. The dialer they supply us with is easy to use and has helped us grow as a company. The team are always their to help when we have questions or need technical help. and always polite and helpful.

HOSTCOMM HAPPINESS!
Our business has been using HOSTCOMM services for about 4 years and have found the sales and technical support excellent and quick to respond when we encounter any glitches.
Since upgrading our handsets to GRANDSTREAM we have improved call quality and the display usefully provides lists of calls made, received, missed etc. and other useful information, even the weather!
Now we are exploring some of their other B2B services. Keep up the great work!
