Hostel.com is a very helpful site when booking at hostels around the world. They show plenty of options located by areas with the information about pricing and kind of hostels you're looking for. I used it for my last trip around Europe and I was very pleased with my choices. Easy to use and very convenient.

I stayed in the hostel in Akureyri on the Friday and Saturday night, it was a quiet stay about three quarters of a mile outside of the town cen tre. It was a very comfortable room, the staff were very courteous and hlpful. I would recommend this to anyone and will probably stay there again.

It was my first time booking a hostel, so I was pretty nervous. Hostels.com aggregates enough reviews to provide their users a great picture of how their stay will be. Nothing but praise for the site that made my first two hostel experiences amazing! I'll definitely be using them again!

In off season we could get cheeper rates- but its so nice to have a place we know we are going to- and is expecting us. Defininatly a peace of mind.

I've been using this site for over 8 years and never encountered a problem.

Using Backpacers Inn Hostels in Mntreal and Ottawa I experienced two different worlds.. Five stars for Montreal and one (and a half) for Ottawa. I was ashamed showing my European quests the capital of Canada and letting them sleep in such poorly kept and maintened facility. Beddings, towels, carpets/floor ask for more attention. Ottawa, long way to reach basic standards. Work hard to improve your image!

Great website, easy to use, always gives me exactly what I want. It's easy to search by city and then sort by price and so forth. I love that users can rate hostels later. I've found great places to stay all over the world thanks to Hostels.com!

Booked the hostel one week before my trip from Germany to Boston. The Price was okay and the Customer-Chat was also very helpful .

uncomplicated, no problems

Hostels.com is my go to site whenever I'm traveling abroad and need to find a hostel to crash. Very simple, intuitive to use. Information is displayed in an easy to read and coherent way, never had problems with bookings or even cancels whatsoever.

This hostel is a ways out from the center of town but tram #12 takes you to many of the museums and also it is easy to transfer. However it is very close to the train station that goes directly to the airport. All the people working at the hostel are very nice and helpful. The place is very clean. There is a market just across the street. Although the building is tall the hostel is just on the ground floor with great showers and separate toilet room. One set just for males and one just for females even though the rooms can be mixed. I loved my stay there.
