This idea of waiting for hours or days to get purchased hosting service activated is bad. Everywhere else I have hosted, it is automatic as soon as payment is successful. Worse is the response to complaints
Poor Service and Support
My website (with no content) was suspended for no reason with no warning or explaination as to how to unsuspend the website. I requested the cancellation of my HostPoco account which was confirmed by the Billing department in an email.
I then get charged for another year of service (one year after I initially signed up). I asked for a refund because my account should have been closed. They refuse to refund and said that the amount will be held as a credit for me to use at a later time.

Absolutely appalling, rude and obnoxious dis-service
Absolutely appalling service. From my first enquiry right up to date I have had nothing but bad service. When logging a ticket I get rude replies (in all CAPS too). Issues remain unresolved and outages go unexplained. One of the worst service providers that I have ever dealt with.
EDIT: I have since cancelled my service with Hostpoco. I have never in my life experienced such rude and obnoxious service. I reported an attempted phishing attack and had my domains suspended.

Started of good, then just got worse.. constant lies of issues being fixed in 24 hours and 1 month later still having issues with sending emails. and still being told it will be fixed in 24 hours. It seems there servers are all blacklisted. even when being told to buy an ip address, i brought 2, and still coming up as blacklisted.
The support replys are always 24 to 48 hours...
do not reccomend this service as a reseller as i have had to now pay for 5 of my clients to go to a new server as they could not send emails . .

It is the worst hosting, because in this case cheap is so expensive... the server did not work for a month and my websites were not recovered. Fortunately, I do monthly backups myself in my laptop. By losing my websites and those of other companies, it made me lose money and affected my reputation as a company. Hospoco is a clear example of how cheap can be very expensive... They even tried to charge me twice fraudulently.
I absolutely do not recommend Hostpoco.
Es el peor hosting, porque lo barato cuesta caro... el servidor no funcionaba durante un mes y no se recuperó mis páginas web. Afortunadamente, hago backups mensuales por mí mismo. Al perder mis páginas web y de otras empresas, me hizo perder dinero y afectó la reputación como empresa. Hospoco es el claro ejemplo de que lo barato puede salir muy caro... Incluso me quisieron cobrar dos veces de forma fraudulenta.

A good and very helpful Hosting
I was using a different Hosting for some years with more or less good success!
HostPoco differs a lot, on the good side, and showed that it's very helpful for just normal users and customers. I'm not a heavy user at all and just still didn't decide yet what I really will do in the next future, the life is very strange at this time and not easy!
Anyway, I'll thank the very helpful staff for all already done and will do in the future.
