AVOID - EVITAR - AVOID - EVITAR - AVOID - EVITAR
I was left feeling Mortified, Embarrassed and Worried. I was in my room and i had just gotten out of the shower. I was fully undressed when another 2 guests walked into my room. All of us were shocked and I was left absolutely mortified another guest had walked in on me naked. They quickly left the room and I went to reception to complain. I was informed there was a mix up with bookings and a manager would come speak to me. Nearly 48 hrs later and no manager has made an effort to speak to me regarding the situation. I went back to reception and now they have changed their story to say it was a cleaner who walked in on me, It was not. It was a lady wearing a coat, scarf and had a travel bag followed by a gentleman behind her. Cleaner??? I don’t think so and I’m personally insulted the hotel feel its ok to LIE to their guests rather than deal with the situation at hand. Offering me a free breakfast instead now, so no one has to deal with this. This hotel has shown they don’t care about my situation and would rather lie to me instead. Disgusting customer service. I’m also worried about leaving my room to enjoy Barcelona in case another guest is given access to my room while I’m not there with all my belongings inside.
