Hotel club offers best prices for hotels worldwide, but it is a bit rigid when it comes to change of reservation, I had to contact hotel directly for change of dates.

I have been using hotel club for several years. Although I do check other travel portals but I find this site really offers value for money. Choice of hotels are great and I can trust the room rates with my eyes closed

Nice welcome when u get to reception. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern, clean, nice and comfortable. Bathroom had a jacuzziI and a separate shower which was a good size. love the fact that the card that opens ur door also works the lights and electric. So no wasting of energy. Wide variety of food and fresh fruits, cakes etc. even if ur a vegetarian there was plenty to choose from. One minus is there are lots of stairs to go up and down and I found it a bit tiring sometimes. There are lifts but I sometimes ended up in the wrong place. But overall a great place to stay would recommend it

Through Ratestogo I booked the Sonya Hotel in Rome six moths in advance and when I arrived they bumped me off to another hotel near by. I booked the Sonya Hotel because I wanted to stay there not somewhere else.
When I complained to HotelClub, I was told that I did not have to pay extra for the other hotel because the Sonya had paid on my behalf.
What a joke - I did not get what I paid for and after a number of further emails I was offered 70 bonus points as a settlement, once again what a joke.......
The problem goes further as I have been online and read many reports of the same complaint against this hotel around the time of my stay but your organisation still offers it to your customers - unbelievable!!!!!!
Don't hide behind the Terms and Conditions when your customers have been ripped off - Display some customer service!

Not cheapest, but easy to use and keep their client by rewards.

Best place to find great deals and at the same time get rewarded, I book all my hotels through them and accommodate the rewards and use them for future booking.

A realizable source and never had issues regarding my booking

Have found dealing with the Hotelclub a rewarding experience not only are very good deals on offer when I recently telephoned for help while looking for accommodation in Melbourne the help I got was first class , it certainly will be the first site I look at when booking in the future.

Very comfortable and quiet room. Could not hear any external noise including the Southern Cross Railway Station next door.
Bathroom fittings & overall finishings do not reflect the 4.5 star rating. However I will stay again.

I've been booking hotels through Hotelclub for many years now and it is by far my #1 booking site . I shop around on all the sites and Hotelclub usually offers the best rate - if not the best, the rewards make up the difference. If I could think of any critique, it's where I've found many other booking sites to be offering up to 15-20% off promo codes these days, Hotelclub promo codes are hard to find, but I still enjoy the fact that I know the booking is always safe, secure, well-priced and have never experienced
any hassles when I reach my destination.

navigating the site was easy. There were fewer distractions than most other booking services. Eaay payment processing and quick confirmation.

We stayed at the Ambassador Hotel in Perth in August 2015. The hotel was in a good location, close to the CBD and public transport. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was very nice, quiet and with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay at a reasonably priced hotel in the Perth CBD.
