We enjoyed our stay at the Silken hotel in Seville. We had an issue with the lights in our room flickering (even when turned off) so we spoke to reception and it was fixed within half an hour. The room was a good size, really comfortable bed, lovely facilities. I had a meal and because I have allergies they sent out a staff member who understood English a bit better, to make sure they got it right. Overall I was really happy with the stay. We loved our time in Seville.

Mannerless staff in the Valladolid hotel who seem to be disinterested in the guests, certainly us!
Raised concerns with the reception about room but they just shrugged and did not offer an alternative room.
Rooms not worthy of the star rating, broken facilities and hygiene disappointing too.
