Breve storia triste

Breve storia.
Entusiasta dell'albergo in questione e della loro disponibilità, prenoto per una notte attraverso il loro sito e ricevo conferma via email (ore 09.33 del 22-01-26).Mi accorgo di aver inserito le date check in/out sbagliate esattamente il 22 e 23/01/26 stesso giorno della compilazione del format per prenotare. Immediatamente disdico la prenotazione con il PIN e link dedicato. Provvedo ad una seconda prenotazione con le date corrette (settimana dopo check in 28 e check out 29) scusandomi per la confusione fatta nel campo note. Conferma della seconda prenotazione ore 10.15
Il tutto si è concluso previa telefonata da parte dell'Hotel con il pagamento della penale, cioè la quota intera della prima prenotazione errate.
