I booked a room at 4 pm.
At 6 pm when trying to check in at the hotell, the booking hadn't gone through.
Got e- mail at 7 pm stating hotel was fully booked.
Double checked the availability for same hotel that night at 8 pm and still said available.
Absolutley unacceptable!

I made a booking from hotelsclick.com five hours ago. No confirmation email. No one answers the call an money got deducted in just 2 seconds. I have no idea if its a fraud website or scam.

after book online and try pay for the reservation.. in at least 3 time.. I received payment error...

then I contact the customer service they send me a new reservation.. but same error in the site...

after that they asked by the card numbers by email.. this is a correct prodecure ??

Thank you for a good hotel at the best price. Not sure if you were made aware of the renovations at the time of our stay, but fortunately this did not disturb our stay, just a little noise during the day.

Good price and smooth booking facilities

After payment, I was asked for identity proof which was annoying, however everything worked out fine. Best price by far.

Very easy, straightforward experience. We got a wonderful deal on our accommodation and will definitely use this service again!

The booking process was somewhat more complicated than other similar sites as two ID pictures were required to be scanned and emailed after the booking was made in order for the booking to be confirmed. Whilst I understand this is done for fraud prevention purposes, it does make the process time consuming an not really user friendly compared to other sites.

Hotelsclick.com is a bait and switch website so use at your own peril. We booked a weekend stay at a Hyatt property and when we arrived, no sign of our booking. When the manager of the Hyatt reached a Hotelsclick.com operator she admitted that Hotelsclick.com had not booked the rooms, at any rate, let alone the rate that was promised. Instead, Hotelsclick.com claimed that they could book us at a Marriott "just 3 miles away." Hardly acceptable given that the rest of the family was at the Hyatt for our son's college graduation. When my wife told the operator that her suggestion was unacceptable, the operator hung up the phone. And that was it. Hyatt was able to accommodate our stay but at a substantially increased price. USE THIS SITE AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

Very happy with the service. Easy to book, price are much less than the hotel wants. It's not the first time I book with them and save money. I will use Hotelsclick again.

Very happy with the service with Hotelsclick. Saved so much money booking with them. My husband and i traveled to Pattaya for 7 nights at the end of April we are from Perth Western Australia. If you email Hotelsclick you just need to be patient for a response as there main office is located in Italy hence time difference if you are in Australia. They responded to every email i sent. Have heard some negative reviews about this company but i did not have any problems whatsoever.

Used HotelsClick.com to book accommodation for a 4 night stay in Havana, Cuba... an exercise that could have been fraught with problems.
But to our delight everything went perfectly and the hotel we chose (Santa Isabel) was an absolute gem.

Honestly I was so worried and thought this company may be to good to be true. I found a great price through trivago and it re-routed me to hotelclicks. I booked my trip and was able to cancel if I needed to. I started reading other reviews and people mentioned that reservation were canceled 3 days before their trip and other issues. I'm happy to say I did not have that experience in fact I will always check hotelsclick first for any of my travel needs. Now they are not the easiest to call if you live in the USA but they are very prompt and efficient via email. I couldn't have been more happy with my experience. The price of our hotel stay at our establishment was a shock to most people who asked how much we were paying per night that's how great this company was!
