Don't use this hotel

On the surface respectable member of IHG but they charged me 4 times for the same room. At check-out the concierge seemingly had problems with his system so asked me to run my credit card through 4 times. I've written to them - no reply. Managers don't pick-up phone either. When we talk to accounting they "don't know how to solve it". Will never use for business trips again. Update: finally got through to management and after takling a lot to them and my credit card company I finally got my money back.
