Couldn't echo the sentiments of other users more! I so wish I'd have checked this company out first before ordering! Received an e-mail stating a delay.........no news so phoned up. Greeted by some half wit who explained they were "cancelling" the tickets at that point but couldn't understand that I was annoyed I'd had to phone to find out! Despite not using any foul or abusive language the operative hung up on me! Wish I'd have told her to f@@@ off!

I purchased what I knew to be overpriced tickets for the final game of the PL season several weeks ago. This afternoon, 48 hours before the game, I got an email saying that the game was now sold out and therefore my order was being cancelled. What a con! A 25% additional credit against future purchases is as much use as a chocolate teapot - why would I want to use them again. A few weeks ago it wasn't certain whether certain games would be title deciders. Now the chance of obtaining a ticket is probably zero. Don't use these people

Its impossible to get tickets for liverpool so i gambled for the first time getting tickets from resellers. it was a little scary. i did get emails giving me information but i couldnt get through by phone as i wanted another ticket and for the seats to be together but that didnt happen. my son went down to Anfield and met a man in a pub who give him the ticket and he watched the most amazing game. it is expensive but we only live once.

Poor purchasing experience, poor customer service, poor quality in the overall. Do not buy event tickets from this website because of the headache and the hassle caused. Basically this website doesn't allow cancellation before the event and are forcing you to buy again from them since they only "offer" credit...

Do not buy tickets at hotfootballtickets.com because:
- Do not refund if you want to cancel
- Offer credit but you can only 25% for other purchases,, meaning that you must give them more money
- terrible & rude customer service
- not sure you receive the tickets you have bought

I spent £420 on a ticket to see man utd vs barcelona (2019). Upon buying the ticket i then looked at the reviews and immediately regretted purchasing the ticket. So firstly the tickets listed here are very expensive. The customer services are full of foreign and quite frankly rude people who do little help or even reassure you about the process. When you purchase a ticket, you dont pick a seat, you pick a category and you find out your seat when you receive your ticket.
When i purchased my ticket, i received it a day before the game through the post, however it was a season ticket to which the name didnt correspond to my own and the seat was terrible considering the amount of money i paid.

The terms and conditions are full of mistakes which got me sceptical at first and the customer service team over the phone are quite rude and wont help at all unless the event date is within 24 hours of your phone call.

So to conclude, your purchasing a very expensive ticket, there are no assurances that you will receive your ticket on time (they say they guarantee you'll receive your ticket on time however their terms and conditions states they won't be held liable if you don't receive them), you wont receive any updates or help whatsoever till less than 24 hrs before the game. So even tho i did receive a ticket, the seats were terrible for the.price i paid and quite frankly, there are other decent and RELIABLE websites out there.

Whatevever you do, dont use them!!!
I had my mates flew in from Hungary for Arsenal-Newcastle, paid £400 for four tickets to posted to their hotel and got a phone call from an arrogant guy who told me the address wasn't right so my tickets being returned. Advised me to make my way down to the local Royal Mail DO...
After seeing I placed my order from Glasgow.
Phoned the delivery office and a nice guy told me the package label was misprinted they printed the date on it instead of house number. The boys had to get their tickets on the spot. No refund.

Purchased tickets for Man city v Brighton and Hove. Paid over £200 for tickets face value of £45 each but I guess that's how they make money. Received an email asking for an address in London to send tickets to as they may not arrive until the day. I called customer service and the absolute cretin who answered the phone could not have been more unconcerned, rude, obnoxious and just an absolute moron. I asked him if this was a scam as we had been saving for these tickets for my sons birthday for months, he found that very insulting, obviously had not read all of the other reviews. We eventually received our tickets by special delivery on the Thursday before Saturdays match so I cant fault them on this. I would never use them again, the worry and the stress involved with will we or wont we get the tickets, should we or shouldn't we book parking? was just too much. Having read the other reviews I would say we were lucky this time and I will not tempt fate twice, lack of customer service support has also put me off.

My mum bought me some tickets from here for Christmas. They delivered them to the wrong address, despite VERY CLEAR correspondence and they told us the WRONG time of the match!

In addition the “tickets” were two actual cards held by members of the club. They were accompanied by a note saying “if anyone asks where these are from say they are from a work colleague or friend”. In addition, we were told we had to return them within a day otherwise we would have to pay them an extra £100 a day. Doesn’t seem the most legitimate arrangement...

So of course, we turned up late for the game and were constantly afraid we were going to be thrown out. We raised this with the provider but emails were ignored.

Overall, Hotfootballtickets.com are AGAINST THE SPIRIT OF FOOTBALL and should be banned.

Its a bit of a scary of a scary process as you pay your money and then find out you may only get your tickets on the day of the game (guess they are reselling season ticket noshows). Online chat says they cant help and emails are all standard, adding to the scariness.
That said, I rang the day before the game, spoke to a helpful lady who explained my tickets would be e-tickets released within 3 hours and they were. And they worked. And they were in the promised block. So overall, they delivered.

I ordered some tickets for tonight's Arsenal game on Tuesday and as promised, they arrived, special delivery before 1pm. Don't get me wrong, the spelling mistakes on this site put me off, I did question myself after purchasing the tickets and spoke to some less than nice guy on live chat, but I came to this site to get football tickets, I got a call from a decent guy called Steve who assured me that the company was legitimate, I checked linkedin for current staff, and what that matters is, I got what I paid for in time.

How can I give anything but 5 stars and say I 100% trust this company. Its easy to give a bad review, but this is not anything but a good review.

Just avoid. They have the worst customer service. They do not provide you with accurate information. I got my ticket 4 hours before the game and had traveled to Manchester not knowing if I will get it in time. So stressful. And the person on the phone was talking to me as if he is doing a favour. I have learnt my lesson. I had rather pay more money and get the ticket in hand then trust these shady websites.

AVOID hotfootballtickets. We purchased champions league tickets for Atletico. Communication was poor; almost non-existent.
It came to 5 hours before kick off, still no tickets. I had to call their customers service, only to be told the tickets wouldn't be delivered. Although we enjoyed our trip to the city of Madrid, we were massively let down by hotfootballtickets. It's not worth the risk.

VERY DISAPPOINTED - NEVER AGAIN!!
(ORDER ID 479711) booked tickets for game Juventus - Inter M. Dec 7th. We booked flights and hotel for this event!
Tickets were to be delivered to the hotel - at 12:00 on the Match-Day the order was cancelled . We were informed that we would get the refund at least for the tickets. No reaction on mails!!
The call-center sends reminders to accounting department - no reaction until now /Feb 14th)!!!

...... They have issued a refund. Looks like if you call them and talk to a sales rep before booking the ticket is better. I can recommend them to be better at explaining they do not ship tickets out of the country and that they usually deliver 2 days before the match. COMMUNICATION is the key here. So all in all i ended up being treated well after all.

Impossible to communicate with. Only responds with pre-made emails. Refuse to deliver the tickets before time so i can plan flights etc. Based on other reviews there is a good chance i will never get my tickets. They refuse to refund me my money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

I paid 506 euros for 4 tickets just to find out the tickets were 30 pounds each and not on the side I requested. When I requested a discount refund they not interested and refer to T&C but neglect there own term "Best price Guarentee" only nice to you before you pay. What a disgrace for an organisation to exist and RIP you off.

I ordered two tickets to the Liverpool v Newcastle Game which took place on 26th December 2018.

Before purchasing i was assured by a member of the online talk team tickets would be delivered before christmas as it had explained how vital this was as the were a christmas present.

Around a week before the game i recieved an email asking for a Liverpool address to deliver the tickets too, unfortunaly i did not have one of these but was insteads given a loctation of where to pick the tickets up from on the day of the game.

Although this wasn't ideal, i picked up the tickets with no hassle, the guy was there waiting for me and i was 45 minutes early!
We had a fab time altough the process could have been less stressful.

Ordered 2 tickets to Liverpool V Arsenal on 29th December. Insisted they delivered tickets to us but they wanted us to have a hotel in Liverpool. They kept asking for a hotel address by email about ten times and I kept insisting we wanted them delivered to home. Well guess what on the day before the match they announced that we had to collect the tickets from an address near the stadium. Bearing in mind that Liverpool is about a 5 hour drive from where we live we went up abd arrived at the address only for there to be nobody in. This lot are thieves and scam artists!!

My wife and I recently ordered two tickets to watch Chelsea V's Crystal Palace and must say that we were very pleased with the service Hot Football Tickets gave they responded very quickly to any emails regarding ticket information and the tickets arrived at the given address the day before the match.We will definitely be using them again for future tickets and would recommend them to friends and family oh and to finish off it was a great result for us as our team Chelsea won 3-1.

Ordered tickets for the Arsenal v Liverpool match, for my sons fourteenth birthday. Was kept informed by Hot football tickets, by email, leading up to the match. Received the tickets by courier to my house, the day before the game. We had great seats, with a great view. First time visit to the Emerrates stadium. Fantastic stadium. We traveled down from Liverpool without any hitches, and the journey home too. Was very pleased with Hot football tickets. Will be using them again for future away games. 10/10. William McCarthy....

I went for the last world cup in Russia, and I requested two tickets for the match between Egypt and Russia through hotfootballtickets
I requested two category 1 tickets and they already took the money.
First of all, they didnt delivered the tickets till the match day with a minutes.
Secondly, Their agent couldnt give me the tickets before the match, and almost we spent 15 minutes from the match time to get the tickets.
Thirdly, He gave me one ticket for Cat 1 and another Ticket for Category 4 and he told me this is the available as of now.
Fourth, I communicated this issue to the company and they didnt took any actions and actually they are giving the worst reply i had ever seen.

I am really upset from them as they cheats their customers and they just took the money and then run away.

I am really not recommended to go with this company and I will not let such situation go like that.
