Just awful. Paid a lot (my fault). Communication awful from person who was meant to deliver. Messed us around saying he’d meet us one place then texted another. and gave us unbelievably bad view tickets after paying top price. Absolutely never again with hotfootball tickets. Not worth it what’s so ever. You are totally in the hands of the seller and the fortune they make. Huge regret.

I wish I could give a zero. I did not receive my tickets for the Barcelona vs Chelsea match. I read a lot of reviews regarding delivery being at the last monent. Me and my friend travelled to Barcelona hoping we will get the tickets. The delivery team ensured it will reach us by 17:00 h the game day. Nothing reached.
And now they have blocked our numbers, our calls dont go through, they just dont want to give compensation.
Do not even use them as your last resort, you will end up losing money. We lost 300 euros.

Fake. Scamsters. Frauds. These three words define them.

You must keep in mind that you might receive your tickets very very last minute. Very little communication after you place the order so you sort of just have to sit tight and wait. We received our tickets on the day of the game and enjoyed the match with no issues so it definitely works. Thanks!

I ordered my ticket weeks before the event and on the day of the event they said that the ticket could not be delivered to us so we had to go pick the ticket up, they came though in the end.

Be aware. Online chat on website is terrible, useless. Phone numer provided by website, good luck, no answer for days, u can't leave emergency message on as voicemail is full. No response to emails. Spend over £450 for champions league tickets and one day b4 game still haven't got tickets. Never again

Service from Hot football was very poor and totally last minute . I received the tickets for Chelsea v Barcelona 1 and 1/2 hours prior to the game , having ordered and paid for the tickets 6 weeks previously . The arrangements for delivery of the tickets were made 30 minutes before that so I was convinced that the tickets were not going to com even . staff on the phones were unhelpful on the rare occasions they answered the phone .
I would never use this company again.

After ordering tickets to the Liverpool game on 4th I became very concerned when the tickets did not get posted to my address and I gave these guys a lot of stick. I read loads of negative reviews and got very upset that I was going to be let down. But they did not let me down. I collected the tickets from a venue near the ground and we had a great day. Feeling rather sheepish for causing such a fuss.

Don't use their service. Cancelled my order and did not refund my money. I already paid £3000.

DO NOT USE THEM

1. emails clearly mentioned that they will deliver tickets 1-2 days prior to the game.
2. charged me GBP 300+ per ticket, for long side ground level
3. charged me for ticket handling and offered delivery of the tickets.
4. booking was done at least 2 months prior to the game

What happened is as follows:
1. tickets did not arrive within the 1-2 days prior to the game
2. they were not reachable, to be fair that was trying to contact them on their live chat
3. after failing to reach them an email sent and also no response
4. due to the above i made other arrangements to attend the game as i promised the kids to do so (it was their first time ever to a game and we were traveling to watch the game)
5. game day morning i reached them on the live chat, requesting a refund, clueless response "pls speak to delivery department".
6. live chat had an icon for emailing the conversation, it does NOT work
7. 5 hours prior to the game they sent an email with the tickets asking me to print the tickets (dont understand why they charged a hefty handling fee)
8. tickets are for row 30 block 90 upper side
9. Responded to delivery email saying i require refund due to the above.
10. Contacted delivery, RUDE, uninterested they see no need to help and there response is you received the tickets prior to the match, its not there problem. "there are 100 of cyber cafes in London you can go print it any where"

DO NOT USE THEM

Although we received our season tickets, NOT at home as promised (!) but we had them delivered to us at a shopping centre by Ben in Manchester, I feel we were extremely lucky. We did get the seats we wanted but they were massively overpriced and it took a huge amount of effort from my wife and I to get in touch with the company. They were extremely rude on the phone and their website chat system is terrible with customer service always hanging up. The only way to get through it to phone the number to book more tickets but then ask about delivery instead (obviously they are only interested in getting your money). If you're not convinced by this review and all other negative ones then feel free to check the terms and conditions on the website and you will be shocked to learn that you are highly likely to lose your money even if you do not receive the tickets.

Do NOT recommend at all! Please do not use.

I normally don't write rewiews but this company certanly deserves one.
I purchased a 'behind the goal, lower tier' ticket to go and see my favourite team on Wembley.
I paid for delivery and handling but never got it delivered to my home address.
After 1 million unanswered calls i finally spoke to someone who said that someone else will contact me before the game.
So i waited untill 1 hour before the game for a dodgy guy to come and handed me 2 season tickets.
We didn't get the correct seats and ended up sitting right up in the heavens. Couldn't see anything..

So I would sugest you stay away from these guys.

OK so the comms are not great, but they are real, they got me 4 tickets sitting next to each other for Tottenham Hotspur versus Real Madrid at Wembley tonight. I booked a 2 weeks ago, I got the confirmation email and then no futher contact. Yesterday 4 season tickets arrived vis Royal Mail special delivery for me to use, with a self addressed and stamped packet for me to return them after use. You cant say better than that really. They did exactly what the said they would do, trust is difficult and you will get a bit worried becuase you are not communicated with contiually and reassured, but they are real, I paid the money and the tickets arrived the day before the game. I will use them again.

Give this completely unprofessional and incompetent company a miss. Bought 3 tickets on 11 September to take my young sons to Tottenham v Real Madrid at Wembley tonight. Chose home delivery option.
By last Friday I had nothing, so called them up and was told they would arrive last night (31st) before 9pm. I rang 5 times yesterday throughout the day and did not get through. I was on permanent hold, at one point, for 25 minutes.......Finally, at 8 pm last night, I did speak to someone and was told "that I would get an email today "telling me where to go to collect the tickets". I argued this is not what I had paid for and the reply was "You can't tell us how to deliver your tickets to you".....

So I get the email this morning saying that they cancelled my ticket "because Tottenham and UEFA have said they will not sell tickets to Spanish residents in the home section".......1. I am a UK resident and citizen, which they would have known by the address and UK registered credit card I used to buy the tickets......2. I specifically bought tickets in the away section as I am a Real Madrid supporter....

It's now match day and I don't have any other options.....as well as two very disappointed 12 year old boys....

BEWARE! Stay away from this company. I paid to have my tickets delivered to my hotel and two hours before the event were trying to contact me to tell me that they did not send the tickets and to meet someone somewhere. By this time it was too late for me to do something about it. As we had been trying to reach them on a Sunday to no avail. I truly trusted that they were going to send my tickets to the hotel.
The only reason that I went to London was to go to the match and I didn't have a way to get messages until I got there. I lost 600 pounds. When I tried getting a refund they said it was my fault for not meeting there rep at the pick up location. They probably do this to everyone to save themselves the delivery fee! Do not use this company.

Horrible beyond horrible !!
They gave us four seats not next to each other ever though we booked together and I payed 600 pounds please stay away they ruined the family trip to the stadium and they said it's not their problem when i called them what a disappointment

My dad bought some tickets from this website for a Southampton vs Man Utd game. Tickets are massive marked up, which wasn't the biggest issue except for the fact that it was expected to arrive via post. Turns out we had to print out the tickets. On further examination the tickets had two random names on, of which seems like someone could've duplicated and sold multiple "tickets" for the same spot.
The fact that the website domain was registered in
panama also sends off several alarms as well.
This website is a way to exploit older folk and those who aren't tech savvy to realise this is a scam.

SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Now on CHELSEA FC's site as illegal.
I used this company to purchase football tickets. weeks after placing the order I had concerns as I raised a query and the telephone lines were constantly dead or requested a password to enter then said goodbye. The service from their online chat further raised doubts as it STINKS and its so obvious that this was a scam. I then read lots of reviews which seemed good but then you look into it further and realise the reviews are fake and posted to mask the real reviews. If you read the real reviews you will definitely stay away. I have reported this company and I do hope people read this properly as it will save you lots of time and money and the disappointment of not attending an event or turning up and the tickets being fake. This company are a Spanish group of companies so really check on the site for official touts as I am sure they will close Hotfootballtickets.com shortly and re-open another site - best of luck James

Update: collected delivered envelope from my hotel and the envelope had 2 old membership cards for two different individuals. NO VALID tickets. Avoid this site its fraudulent

I was given tickets sitting with the away team. I am sitting among Southampton fans not able to cheer. I was even asked to take Tottenham Horspurs my scarf off!! I am super angry!!

I ordered a EFL Cup Final Ticket from Hot Football Tickets. And although I had little response to e-mails phone calls asking when I could get ticket,even at one time being told I might have to pick ticket up near Wembley. Hot Football Tickets e-mailed me to say ticket sent by 'special delivery' The ticket duly arrived two days before the game. So one happy supporter off to Wembley, thanks Hot Football Tickets. As for the result well we (Saints) were cheated!
