Received my Hotterdog jumper quickly, perfect fit and definitely keeps my dog warm and dry whilst ensuring minimal cleaning after a good walk.

Lovely well made product but absolutely impossible to get on my Chihuahua! Tried several times and have now given up. It’s so hard to get her little legs into the sleeves, she now won’t let me near her with it.

I ordered some products for my pets and the products were average.

Received item with animal hairs which is disgusting and not hygienic. Website says free return, but I have been charged £2.50 for return. Might be there is extra policy which is hiding somewhere on website separately. No longer trust hotter and off from my shopping list.

I bought two equafleece hotterdog jumpers for my dog. But they were way too small. I contacted the seller (Coltsfoot Equestrian at Amazon) and was sent a returns form to print out. I sent the items and the company said they had received them but would not give me a refund because of some administrative policy with their company. They said I had to apply separately for a refund and Amazon could not understand the policy and therefore were unable to help me. They offered to set up a claim against Coltsfoot.
All this is such a hassle over two dog jumpers!
I have spent hours trying to sort it out.
