I have just received my order (a watch)…

I have just received my order (a watch) in the post, and it is not working! Surely the watch should have been inspected and tested to ensure it is working BEFORE it is sent to the customer? I now have to wait for a pre-paid label to be sent to me in the post and then I have to go to the trouble of ensuring I package the watch in bubble wrap and purchase a big JIFFY envelope and then take it to the Post office, I work full time when do they expect me to do all of that? And what guarantee is there that the next watch they send will be working? This was a birthday gift and now it will be too late. There was not apology or urgency during the subsequent telephone calls. I am not a happy customer and will not be recommending Hour Time, or using them again in the future.

Thank you for your review. We apologize you have not had a good experience with us.
I understand our Customer Service team have contacted you again after the original call and they are working with you on a resolution.
As mentioned to you on the call, you had purchased this from the outlet section which are our last season models & in this case it seems that the battery life has expired. We are aware that you chose to return the watch via our third party who will replace the battery for you. They will send you bubble wrap and envelope to you would not need to purchase these. The watch will be fixed perfectly by our third party who are experts in watch repairs, you do not need to worry that the watch will arrive faulty.
This is something our warehouse should have checked before dispatch and we fully apologize for this.
We will do everything we can to fix the problem for you.

I bought a tommy Hilfiger watch in the sale & got an extra £10 off in the sale. Lovely & a bargain. Fast delivery as well. I'll definitely buy from.here again.
