Defective Jumper and No Response from Customer Service
I purchased the Men's Lambswool Icelandic Crew Jumper, and although it arrived in Australia within the expected delivery timeframe, it unfortunately arrived with a large hole in the back.
Considering the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable and not the level of quality I expected. I had specifically planned to wear this jumper to an event during my trip to New Zealand, but because of its condition, I was unable to wear it.
I contacted your customer service by email and also through the live chat on their website. Despite waiting for a considerable amount of time, I have still not received any response.
This experience has made me question your company's commitment to customer service and the seriousness with which you handle customer concerns. I am no longer confident that I would purchase from your brand again, nor would I feel comfortable recommending it to others unless this matter is resolved appropriately.

Sadly Sizing Way Out
Beatiful quality ladies slippers BUT the sizing is way out. I have bought size 7 in all shoes boots and sllppers for years with no problem. So sad that these were way too tight even given the shearling wool will flatten a little but is not that fuffy. I have a feeling even an 8 would be too small but none in the sale. Passed on to someone with smaller (size 5) feet who is delighted but says they are not that big for her. Such a shame as they are superb quality
