Had an issue with my favourite cage... First it looked to be solved by Mistress K. But then she refused, sure it was the last time shopping there. Should not happen such a handling.
No warranty given withon less than 6 month!!!
At the end we came to a solution. Thanks a lot.

I was having an issue with a cage I got from House of Denial that I don't think was a product fault but I couldn't find answers online so I reached out to ask for advice. Mistress K offered agreed with me that it sounded like a me problem rather than a faulty product but still offered me a replacement part and generously sent it right away with next day delivery.
I've bought from HoD before and I'm sure I will again in the future as they have good range of quality products, and evidently they also have excellent customer service

The website is full of useful product information, enabling inexperienced and expert buyers alike to make informed choices. Delivery was fast and discreet. Good, supportive and polite post sales communication. The product I bought was excellent, exceeding my expectations.

I must commend HoD on their well laid out website and useful articles, which allowed me to make a more informed purchase than I perhaps otherwise would have. Likewise, their commitment to discretion is appreciated -- my purchase did appear on my payment record as described, and the items ordered also arrived in plain packaging.

After posting my review, I immediately heard back the very next day and was given a very understandable reason as to why I hadn't heard back. It was a relief to hear! My new cage was sent the very day I heard back and just arrived today. Aside from that delay, the staff have been helpful and friendly! And once they learnt of my issue, it was resolved immediately. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

I have several cages from this site over the years and they have all been great. My most recent one had a design issue where is was manufactured incorrectly, I contacted customer support via email and after I explained what was wrong and attached a picture of the faulty model they got back to me and sent a new cage through free of charge. I was terrific customer support and I felt like they were on my side the whole time.

I'm absolutely in love with the new Hera XS with hex screws. After finding the right sized ring, I almost completely forget I'm wearing it. I've always disliked the bulky lock bump on most cages, this solved that quite well. Good communication, shipped quickly, able to track my order,... Will definitely buy from them again. Especially if a smaller cage, curved rings, or security screws become available!

I bought HoD600S cage, which it is very comfortable and discreet. Mistress K is very kind and its business management for solving issues and doubts is impeccable. I'd recommend anybody who is looking for a chastity cage to trust House of Denial.

I ordered a device as chosen by my wife but found it too small for me and after a family drama happening Mistress K kindly helped me online in a really difficult period and i chose to buy a different style one and then after my wife finally saw it we arranged to send back the first one and get refunded. Mistress K was true to her word and a refund has been received today. Excellent service from a truly wonderful company, if only all customer services were this good. Lovely looking device and would certainly recommend them.

I read everything on the website and followed the instructions on sizing before selecting the cage that best suited my needs. Having lived with a plastic cage for so long I was apprehensive but the difference between my old device and the new steel cage is like chalk and cheese. My new cage feels fantastic in comparison and is so comfy to wear and really looks good. I very much hope to be moving to a smaller cage in the near future and will certainly be using HOD when the time comes. Thank you for making a sissy very happy x

I contacted house of denial after several failed attempts with other well know sex shops, none of which had a clue about chastity. Jeeeeez metal s99 large arrived today. Tried for an hour to get it on. Damn. Pinched skin. Gave up. Looks cool, Well made. Value for money. Very fiddly though. Will keep trying, maybe four hands will do it. Kinda small for a large device.

I have nothing but praise for this business. Their products are excellent and service first-rate, from initial enquiry through ordering to delivery. Their aftercare can't be faulted either - a query after a few days use was followed up by a replacement without hesitation.

I have now bought another product of reduced size (following advice received on my initial enquiry several months ago), and the second experience has been just as good as the first. So all in all, I would thoroughly recommend HoD. You will be in safe hands!
