I have been several weeks trying to get a return label. I have sent several emails requesting a return label. Their sizing chart is all off. I ordered what their chart said i should but it was to big. I did go ahead and ask them before i ordered the size if i can return the one that doesnt fit. I know they see their emails cause they responded. Now i have 2 of the same dress. The ladies that run the business are not responding. I never leave bad reviews. I am disgusted with their lack of professionalism. I may live out of country so its easy to ignore me. I will Never order from them again. And I will leave bad reviews in many places.

I have had the same issue as all the other reviews. Order number #6734 for the record House of Lacuna, Contracted to get an update for a blouse and was told it was on preorder and should be arriving in 21 days at the latest. It’s now way past the estimated delivery and 3 emails attempts at contact have been completely ignored. I have no blouse and no $169 refund. What a shame I can’t give minus stars for this review.

I ordered top . Paid 180$ . It has been 2 months and I have never received my order. I contacted them and they gave me so bs for back order . Now they blocked me . Please be aware of them . They are scammers!

I ordered a pair of linen pants back in early November and it has been almost 6 months and I have received nothing.
I have written them countless emails and no reply.
I want a refund.
How dare you treat customers in this way.
I will be taking it further and also exposing them on social media if I don’t get a reply by end of week.
I’m tired of dodgy businesses that think they can get away with it.

I have been trying to get hold of this company since January 2025 but they do not respond to any emails.

Never received any of them and you don’t even answer your emails.
I want a refund !
It is 3393 HKD altogether !
This is an absolute disgrace !!!
