The product never arrived and the company did not reply to my email. I received a parcel with their return address on it, but it contained some information from an estate agent. Fortunately I paid by PayPal and have got a full refund. Shame as the non-existent products look lovely...
Ordered the large towels and paid but heard nothing despite repeated attempts to contact them. Sure their product is good but we just have not seen it! Very frustrating!
I ordered Luf Turkish Towels as I needed something more compact. They are truly beautiful and they dry a lot quicker than standard towels. I'm planning to take my Luf towels on holiday as well as they will make great beach towels too.
